We had excessive bugs from a long night drive. They had no problem repeating our “works” wash in order to cut through the heavy bug mess.

Mike's still does a decent job but none of the staff even smiled. Maybe they aren't paid enough or maybe I'm just getting old and still feel that's an important factor of customer relations.
