Never open on time even when go in evening says 8pm but why close no matter what time you go very nice people there if catch them here need employees that want to work with the business hours

I had to get my phone reset because I was having problems with it. After the reset I continued to have problems with it so I took it to Metro PCS on Broadway Street in Fort Wayne. There I met Frank and Alondra who were extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. Frank took my phone and within a few minutes had all my problems fixed for me. Both him and Alondra deserve a raise as they're very friendly and wonderful to work with.

I am not thrilled with Metro. I have had nothing but trouble in one month I had to have my phone replaced due to a manufacturer's problem and I had to pay $25 for the shipping! I have been to all three in metros in towns for them to try to fix my phone and the one on Broadway is not handicapped accessible

The girl who works there is very friendly, she speaks Spanish, for locals who don't speak English it is the best place
