Such a great experience. I'm in Indiana for a few days and my Sprinter camper van needed a service B. Place after place could not get the high roof in their bays or were booked out several weeks. We spoke to Justin and he was able to get us in for our service B within a couple hours, and was amazing, kind, and got it done in the time promised!! Clean waiting.room well stocked with snacks and beverages, clean restrooms and the entire staff was so friendly. My dogs and I are living in the van for a 1 year trip and they were very kind to allow them in the customer lounge for a while. Thank you so much for getting us in!

Justin Abbott did an excellent job as my service advisor. He had gotten all the parts to perform the work i requested and made sure to get it all done the same day. Obtaining a loaner for the day was painless too. Always been happy with service in the 6 years I’ve been going there, but this was the best experience I’ve had. Good job to all!

I drove my mercedes off the lot today with no problems and great customer service was provided. And you will never be in a bind because they will give you a loaner till your vehicle is done being serviced.

There is a reason we purchased our Sprinter from FW Mercedes, two hours away from our home. The sales (Cassie) was up front, honest and responsive. Where FWM shined today was the maintenance team lead by Justin! Having a faulty hood sensor took a few hours of troubleshooting and then on a second trip (2 days later) the part came in. Never did I hear it will be two weeks or we can’t fit you in, never!! What a fantastic dealer and team. Thank you
