“To be honest they are very strict at their attendance and that's what motivates others to come on time and I feel like I learned a lot of facts professionally and logically. I think this is what everyone needed because I m pretty 1 out 5 always stuck on Interviews questions where when asked "Tell me about yourself"? That moments it feels like we forgot ? who Tf ourself is or that awkward silence ? calculating ??. Lol the whole Stories of another whole Stories and yeah yeah ???..Thank you blue jacket inc you guys help a lot with every question that employer will asked and how it should be answer, No just that it's also where we could get hired by employer of how ,when and where we have to reacts on the right time.”

“I decided, upon recommendation, to schedule a consultation with Christopher James in July of '23 for my December '23 wedding. I'm in a power wheelchair and I've tried numerous times with other stores to get a suit that fit my... quirky body shape, to no avail.From that first consultation with Dillon, I knew we came to the right place. He ended up spending two hours with me listening to my needs and taking measurements, making suggestions, etc. My then fiance and I left that day feeling heard and taken care of.Every time we went in to see Dillon after that, he made us feel totally comfortable and well taken care of. This was not an easy suit for him to piece together, but he did an absolutely stunning job! He is so attentive, thorough, and thoughtful. He treated us like friends, and he honestly became one for us. He even stopped by on the day of the wedding to make sure the suit was laying just right for me while in my chair! He went so far above and beyond for me and my wife.With suits, you get what you pay for, and we got top notch service and quality from Dillon, and everyone else at Christopher James. The store gets 5 out of 5 stars, but if I could, I would give Dillon 20 stars!”
“I shop at Kohl’s frequently. I love their coupons and Kohl’s cash. I get great bargains here. Sometimes the sales wax are a bit disorganized however. Had a delightful experience with checkout. Robin was most efficient and friendly.”
“Excellent selection of men’s clothes. We were homecoming shopping and tried on many styles of pants and shirts. The young man who helped us was incredible! I’d recommend just based on him!”
“Nice enough people that work there, but I felt invisible while standing in line for an Amazon return. It took about 20 minutes until I was helped, and there were only two people in front of me at the customer service desk. By the time I left, the line to customer service, including Amazon returns, was 13 people. One employee walked by and did nothing and actually went into the customer service center moved a couple boxes around but did not did not acknowledge me or anybody else and then left again. It’s nice to have a brick and mortar store to shop at and their prices are really quite reasonable especially when things go on sale which is often. Great selection of items but need to update their team on customer service skills a bit.”

He is super personal and took time to help me assemble my entire outfit as well as connecting me with a tailor to have my pants tailored last minute for a wedding. Along with his excellent choice of clothing I cant recommend this place enough!”
“If you're looking to dress the man in your life this is the store to go to it's a Black owned establishment. Great atmosphere. Friendly associates. Reasonable prices. Great selection. Casual or formal attire. They carry small to 6x sizes. Opened Tuesday through Saturday noon to 6pm est.”

“I went in to get the New Lebrons, Kyree not only tookthe time to help me get my shoes but engaged in conversation with me and made me feel comfortable. Also while helping me he was attentive to other customers and respectful when helping them as well.Everyone else seemed vary engaged and helpful. Seeing comments on some of these reviews seems very misleading. If you go into a store in a bad mood you'll leave in a bad mood and try and find something to be an issue... “The Staff here is so friendly. On my days off I’m makeup free and my hair is a mess! Regardless they treated me top notch! Glenbrook Mall is another story they treat me as a inconvenience to be waited on and that I’m below their level to be buying at the store! Now if I go in there and my hair and makeup is done I can get waited on! I would rather spend my money at Jefferson Pointe where they treat me the same regardless of my appearance! I’m shopping so sometimes I dress up and sometimes I slap on a tshirt and leggings and out the door I go!Thank You Management For Creating A Great Team & the Staff!”
“I brought my son here to buy some shoes. While we were in the store, he dropped $20 that he had brought along. He did not realize the money was missing until we got to the car. We headed back into the mall hoping the money would still be there. To our surprise, an employee (Mike) was walking through the mall looking for us to return the money. In addition to great shoes and selection, this store has top-notch customer service that exceeded my expectations and made my son's day.”
“I just want to thank the staff at Glenbrooke Square Mall today for keeping everyone safe!! My daughter and I were trying to get out running through the back tunnels to every exit sign we could find! The employees brought us in there stockroom keeping everyone safe and calm during this terrifying day!

“I came by Macy's during Black Friday to get some shopping done for myself and family. This is a huge Macys located in Fort Wayne and its quite possibly the largest Macy's store I have been in with three floors!Plenty of items to buy here from perfume, jewelry, mens and women's clothing and other items. Also located inside is a Finishline if you need some sneakers. What really floored me, though was that they actually have a Toys R' US inside! Yes!!! Omg! I had some many memories flooding through me as I walked around. This is an amazing Macys store just because of that!The employees are great too and very helpful. Definitely recommend it!”
“Went to look at cologne, Prada saleswoman was very nice and helped me find a good fragrance. However, the Jean Paul Gautier saleswoman was very pushy and kept pressuring us to buy her fragrances.”
“Very clean store. I didn't speak with any associates while in the store. Only saw the one that was checking out customers. The store has very cute clothing for the younger generation. The only concern we have with American Eagle is we purchased a sweatshirt for our son for graduation pictures and within 2 washes the front pocket on the hoodie began to come off the sweatshirt. For the amount we paid, I had expected it to last longer than a couple of weeks.”

“I just shopped here this morning 3/2/2025 and I needed wifi to get the pair of shoes I wanted and their guest wifi wasn't working so she ended up getting me on her hot spot and I was able to get my shoes and get outa there quickly, wish I knew her name but she hooked me up!!”
