We've been with Melissa for over 12 years . If I need her, one phone call is all it takes. Melissa has helped with both our cars and home. If an adjuster is needed , ...no problem. Melissa and Nicky have been helping me with my insurance over 5 years. They are extremely helpful and able to answer my questions anytime (even the weekend and late in days). They are also able to give me the best deal in the matter of hours (usually respond to my email within couple hours). Melissa goes above and beyond to reference me another insurance company when I open my first business in Fort Wayne. She can't help me with my business's insurance because I have never opened a business before. Anyway, they are helpful, knowledgeable and get the job done with a very fair price. I highly recommend
