Every time I call to get meds I never get the 90 day supply I'm suppose to get there for I'm having to refill every month not to mention Sarah is rude and runs through your meds so fast u can't understand her I'm so over this meijer

Turned into the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Been a customer for years and their service used to be ok, but have going majorly downhill and I decided to switch because of continued poor performance with the following examples:
•Lies about fill dates and insurance to avoid filling until they want to
•Putting urgent prescriptions on the back burner and reacting with hostility or annoyance when told its needed
•Telling you they don't have your medication until you tell them you're actually totally out; suddenly have it in stock
•Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde attitude from their techs; If you can't answer a simple question or expedite a prescription without sounding like you wanna choke your customers, you need a different job. (Sorry for needing my BP medication so my unruptured aneurysm doesn't burst or my anti-convulsant so I don't have a seizure, lady)
•They will let you sit in the drive-thru for a half hour while they help every customer inside, eliminating the point of even having one.
•Told me I couldn't fill my uncontrolled anti-seizure medication until the day before I was to run out because it's just recently became a CV in Michigan when we are located in Indiana. (Ffs, you can fill a CII drug up to two days early according to federal and state law, but they find it acceptable to attach even stricter rule to a 90 day prescription That will land me in an ambulance if I don't take it. They tried to lie and say their policy had always been this. It definitely hasn't, been on this med for 6 years)
Their pharm tech *Sarah*, who has been employed there for quite some time, is exceptionally rude and combative and treats any sort of questions or needs as if it were an annoying chore. On average , I'd say at least 3/4-7/8 of any complaints I've had are directly related to her in one way or another and can only imagine how many other customers have had a similar experience with her. The other employees are usually quite helpful and apologetic if you get them instead of her, which has sadly become a rarity.
Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to tear your hair out dealing with them or be treated like a criminal for trying to make them do their jobs.

I’m going to Walmart Pharmacy. Meijer Pharmacy sucks they take forever and can’t get my prescription correct. They never have my strength of pills in stock. They’ve lost their empathy and kindness for the customer. I’ve been going to them for years and in the last year they have seriously gone downhill. They were five star. If it was possible now, I would give them zero stars!!!

IDK man, waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for 45 minutes is kinda crazy and everyone in there is so disrespectful. Pick a struggle Meijer Pharmacy. The lady sounded and acted like as if she was gonna attack me if I dared to ask another question. Like i know you hate your life and your job but don’t take it out on me bro.

I would give zero stars or even negative stars if I could. Don't dare try to call because they will put you on hold until you give up and hang up. When I called, she immediately put me on hold asking if that is OK but not waiting for a reply. I held for 45 minutes. Never once did they come back to say I know you are alove and I will get to you shortly. Nothing-no contact! This place is worse in person. Be prepared to wait and talk to people who could care less if they help you. This place has majorly lost all customer care!!

Hello, I will never go to Meijer Pharmacy again. They are very rude people. My son has stage 4 brain and lung cancer. 6 days ago he was supposed to get the medication for the swelling on his brain. Well they came up with half of the medicine but they said they would have to wait and get the other half the next day. I called the next day and it still wasn't done. They have no compassion or empathy for patients. My son is dying and that's what I told them. And they acted like they could care less. So just to let you people know I will not go back there and some people don't care.

Called ahead to check my script is ready. They pit it under another person's name. After I was told it was ready, I have to sit and wait for it. Double check they didn't suddenly give them my insurance too. This is NOT the place you can be messing that kind of stuff up.
