“My wife and I went shopping. As we entered the store, we were greeted by Isaac. From the moment go he was absolutely fantastic. He never tried to sell us or convince us we needed something. His knowledge of the entire process, and what we were looking for was absolutely wonderful. Additionally, he even reminded us that our current mattress might be under warranty. He did not have to show that level of integrity, but he did. That integrity showed throughout the entire process. I will return to Mattress Firm just to deal with him again. Although the entire process was smooth, we ultimately ended up exchanging the 1st mattress for a different comfort level. That exchange process was fantastic with no hidden costs or issues in getting us the right mattress. Ultimately, we couldn't be more satisfied, and have been enjoying our new mattress for over 6 months now...it's great! We added a mattress protector and pillow as well...no regrets. “When our washer/dryer finally bit the dust, the plan was three stops. Shop and compare, make the best deal, etc. But the moment we walked into Stucky's that plan began to fall apart...
It was a casual atmosphere, and dealing with Steve was like talking to your neighbor (you know, the one you actually enjoy talking to). We closed the deal in less than fifteen minutes for an excellent price. And when the included delivery and set-up happened a few days later, the team was absolutely top-notch. I won't go into our various delivery experiences from some of their nearby corporate rivals over the years... Suffice to say, there is no way we would EVER deal with any other outfit in the future. If Stucky's carries it, that's where we'll go.
And based on our experience, you would be wise to do the same.”

“Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in assisting us in the process of picking out a new set of mattresses for our adjustable bed that we bought from Furniture Row and Denver Mattress some 22 years ago. He showed us multiple options based on answers that we gave him to a few questions he asked and helped us to narrow our choices down to two mattresses and then left us alone to further test and talk about the two choices to make our final decision. No high pressure, answered all our questions and helped us with a package deal for some bedding that saved us a little more on our total purchase. Very highly recommended!”
