I went here and left without a garment that I liked. It nagged me for a few days, so I called the boutique to ask if they offered online purchases. They don't currently, but the associate on the phone asked me to describe the item, and she would mail it to me. When I received the item, there was a sweet hand written card included, which I thought to be such a sweet touch.

My daughter and I stopped by your store for the first time yesterday. Emily was very kind and helpful. I just wish I would’ve come in sooner. What a great store you have! We will be back soon.

They never told me you cant have your money back if you want to return something! hidding untill you have your recipe , I never had a problem until I try to return a sweater next day and surprise , you only get credit store ! really? Ill never buy anything again Ill tell my friends to be aware of this, shame ! !!! Im not happy at ALL

I was very disappointed to have drove almost 30 minutes out to mainstream boutique for them to not be open during their business hours. The sign on the door said they open at 10 it was 10:20 no light on no sign on the door about being closed for any reason. Wasted an hour although driving there then driving home empty handed. I was really looking forward to purchasing items from here on my only free time without my kids.

Very cute store with friendly staff. I stopped in for the first time during a recent visit to Fort Wayne. I learned this is a franchise boutique that has been open in town for about four years. The style seems to mostly appeal to the high school/early college set while the prices are more appropriate for soccer moms. Although I found several cute things, the quality of the clothes did not give me hope that the items would last for very many washes or for more than one season. Prices were a bit high (around $50 average, per piece) compared to similar styles at chain stores and there were no plus size options. It was a fun stop to look around, but not where I plan to do a majority of my shopping.

I did enjoy this boutique at first, but my last visit was very unpleasant. I felt the lady was just trying to push me to buy more, yet right before she suggested to add pieces, she said something looked tight on me when I thought (& my mom) it looked flattering! Instead she suggested I'd add a cami or leggings with it. Now maybe it's just me... but why the hell would I add things under the dress when you just told me I basically do not look good in it. Sorry, but your bad customer service made me go from a 5 to a 1 within me being there! Will never go back and I tell people all the time how rude you are! Disgusted!!!
