I wandered around again, had to seek someone out again and he AGAIN was an agitated person and said "that's not my area of the business" so I kindly said "never mind" and went to Menards where they help me every time. This place is consistently the same, not recommended.

I was disappointed with Lowe's appliance installation for my washer and dryer. The process was time-consuming, and I ultimately needed a plumber to ensure everything was connected correctly. The customer service at the store could be rude at times and lacked grace in understanding the situation.

Went in recently just to grab a few small items. Decided to look at the garden plants for a bit and Ofcourse ended up getting a few more things! Was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff because I do not have a green thumb so their assistance and input was certainly appreciated!

Most of the staff is helpful and friendly.
The store is laid out well. We never have issues finding what we are looking for.
Parking for veterans is always a welcomed sight!

So I came in was purchasing a toolbox I get to the register and there’s no price tag. Instead of the uscan cashier Karissa finding the price of the toolbox she harassed me as if I was going to steal the toolbox that’s bigger than me. She also tried to take the toolbox out of my cart. Karissa also began to call other associates telling them I was going to steal a toolbox that’s bigger than me. I went back and couldn’t find a price tag. After 25 minutes of being harassed in the store they called a manager who did nothing because the cashier pulled the toolbox up on the computer. I had to move to a regular register because Karissa was no help. She was very busy making sure I didn’t steal the toolbox that’s bigger than me. I wouldn’t recommend this store they stereotype their customers I’m black and look fairly young although I’m almost 40. They were no help and had to call a manager to get the price tag. Just go to a different store I’m sure they are better trained.

Good price and didn't wait long in line. But....no one was available to load our mulch. I looked around and at least three other customers had to load themselves. Waited 20 minutes...I loaded my mulch and left. Not real good customer service.
