Got what we needed but I didn't see any lines open to check out my items only self-help machines. I'm not a fan of using those because they take jobs from cashiers. In the future I'd like to see more full service checkout lines open.

Gabriel does an amazing job! I had him the past couple visits at lowes. He took time to make sure we got the correct items we needed and asked important questions about our projects. If you have Gabe help you, you will be very satisfied!

A lot of the time the products aren't where they're supposed to be according to their own web page and good luck finding someone to help you if that's the case. I can usually find what I'm looking for but other times I can't find an employee. I bought a tool chest here as well and they called for someone to help me load it into my truck and not a single person came. The cashier lady ended up helping me smh

Ordered a dishwasher from this Lowe's. The whole buying experience and installation experience was fine. About 3 weeks after the installation, the dishwasher started leaking. We contacted Lowe's who contacted the installer to come check it out. The installer said we needed a new dishwasher. The new dishwasher arrived at Lowe's. The installer went to pick it up but said he would not install the dishwasher because it was damaged. We talked to the people in the appliance department and they said there was no way the installer would have been able to see if it was damaged because he didn't look at it thoroughly. Back to the installer who says no it's damaged. We kept in contact with Lowe's to figure out what was going on and if our dishwasher would be installed or not. After a week of back and forth the decided to order another dishwasher. After a month of not having a dishwasher the 3rd dishwasher is finally installed. The best Lowe's can do for compensation is a $100 gift card that doesn't even cover the cost of the delivery fee, let alone the extra water, soap, and time spent on hand washing dishes for a month.

I can only speak for the garden section as of yet. Not a normal. Just dropped by for some soil and convenience. I've got to say the garden section was pretty impressive. Some of the employees could have been more helpful/knowledgeable. Overall decent experience.

Sylvia needs better training. I never leave bad reviews but I went into Lowe's looking for a new fridge, when I asked the girl working where I could find a specific fridge she told me "I don't know I'm on break." I was APPALLED. I've never been spoken to like this here. so I left without purchasing anything.

The store was out of an item that I had ordered online, but such is the peril of an online inventory system in an imperfect world. The issue was resolved, got what I needed, and was quickly on my way. Very grateful for the help at the customer service desk.

This is the second terrible experience with Lowe’s. A few months ago we were told that Lowe’s is the place to go for appliances . We ordered a dishwasher to be delivered and it was a whole mess . They never delivered it and after calling for several hours and being told several things and getting hung up on we were told it was still in Indy . Mind you this was several hours after it was supposed to be delivered and after multiple people told us it was on its way and they had even called the day before to confirm delivery . After that terrible experience we were weary about giving them another chance. My husband wanted a new grill and the one he wanted was at Lowe’s . We decided to pick it up ourselves . My husband paid for them to assemble it. He called several times this week on an update and each time was given “it should be done tomorrow” . Today he decided that he was just going to pick it up and assemble it himself. The people were so unprofessional and had no idea where the grill was and said that it had never been logged as delivered and that’s why it hadn’t been assembled. They wanted to charge him a second time for the grill. There was never an apology or trying to do the right thing on there part . We will never be going through Lowe’s again for anything . Terrible customer service and just downright incompetent employees

Difficulties checking out. Never had such a horrible experience trying to obtain a Veteran's discount. Associate was very helpful. She experienced difficulty too.

My wife and I stopped to buy a well water filter. Chris B from the plumbing department took care of us. He showed everything we needed and more. Excellent service. You don’t see that often anymore.

I purchased a battery operated push mower and an employee named Ellen was very helpful with everything that I needed and with the questions that I had. She is the type of employee that all should be modeled after and this company should be grateful and proud to have working for them.

Lowes typically has the items we need in a pinch when we are doing home projects. We’ve ran to Lowe’s several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to when they offer them.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.

I needed a bungee cord. Found one but wasn't certain of length. It said 48" but I didn't know if that was the actual length or the length it would stretch to. The young lady at the check out lane offered to take it out and measure it. Good customer service.
