So, when buying mulch.. I have to drive out to the "loading zone".... explain to the very confused employee that I actually want to look before I buy.... Try to see what colors are sitting on the wrapped pallets... Then go back to the counter... Explain which one I want... Pay...hope they rang up the correct thing... Then go back to the loading area... Show then the receipt... Wait for them to find it... And THEN I can take it?? What if I'd rather do it myself and save a entire afternoon? Why are there prices on only half the mulch types? And if this is not correct, why are your employees not explaining this better??
Never once have I walked into ANY LOWE'S, and left with everything I came for.
And no, I do not want a canned response telling me to call your toll free number, I'm not going to rehash this with 3 different people after waiting on hold.

I've had nothing but bad experiences at the Lowe's on Lima Rd. I refuse to go there anymore. My store of choice is Home Depot, it's just a block away from Lowes, and the customer service there is excellent.

Constant problems. From screwing up our washer and dryer delivery and not wanting to help or cooperate with us during and after the process. Last time they were about to tell me my card was bad and I couldn't buy anything when it was actually their card reader. When told no, I took my order to another self scan and it worked. Never a good experience in any Lowe's I've ever been to.

It would have been better if the associate helping us in appliances had stopped answering the phone for the cabinet area while she was waiting on us. Not the greatest impression for customer service.

I worked here for 8 months and it's NOT GREAT!!! The only great thing I got out of it was the fact that I met my BEST FRIEND here who I LOVE!!!! Otherwise Lowes is BAD and I would rather go to Menards.
