Wife's Concentrator gave up at 2 AM Saturday morning. Brandon saved the day swapping out the Concentrator so O2 tanks didn't need to be used that only last about 40 minutes. Thanks for your quick response, Brandon. Nice to you are there for us even at 2AM.

I have looked @ otherall the negative reviews, but the staff @ the hospital I was in recommended them.
They were so friendly, professional, and got me what was needed in a timely manner. The communication was excellent with no delays.
Don't be concerned to try them for your Healthcare needs.

Somehow I broke a piece of my facemask at 10p.m. and was unable to wear it that night. I called and talked with Jen and she looked in the warehouse and found exactly what I needed. I picked it up that morning and didn't have to wait 3-5 business days to get my order. Thank you so much Jen. Great service.

Horrible patient care, rude customer service.
My ASV machine was tossing and error code and will not work. I called and was told that I would receive a call between 4p and 5p that day. I work 3rd shift, so this is the middle of the night for me. For the next 2 nights I deprived myself of sleep during that time and received no call.
I called back the next business day and was again told I would receive a call between 4 and 5. Again I stayed awake. Again, no call.
The next day I called and spoke to a manager of some sort. I was again told I would get a call between 4 and 5. I couldn't stay awake despite my best efforts and I missed the call. I called back the next day and was again told to wait for a call between 4 and 5.
I explained my situation the customer disservice agent. My ASV machine isn't working. I am not getting great sleep. I need an option other than 4-5pm. She got rude and unprofessional as she reiterated that I would get a call between 4 and 5pm. She lectured me about how 'rules are rules' and whatnot. I asked what happened if I missed the call. She said I would get a voicemail to call back. And if I call back I will again be told to wait for a call in what amounts to the middle of the night for me.
These thieves bill my insurance nearly $2K every single month and they can't be troubled to offer me an alternate contact time? I am sure they are just going to tell me to bring the machine in during another horribly inconvenient time...
These people are the worst. Steer clear if at all possible. You would be better off getting your machine serviced by a pollution cloud.

Person I needed to talk to for help Did not return many phone calls. Didn't care to help me for new supplies. The WORST business I have ever dealt with. I believe that because we need supplies and can't shop around for them, they can be horrible to people. Definitely does NOT care to help people. I read the owners statement -- what a joke....

I am very pleased with Lincare I even changed insurance because I found out my new insurance did not have Lincare ! Lincare is 100% and Marc is also a great help and goes out of his way to help ! Thank you Lincare

What an awful awful business! My wife went in to get her medical supplies on (6/18/24 @9:30am) and was met by an extremely rude receptionist who insisted that she "dont have no appointment." And coldly kept repeating that they "won't see her with those kids." Just a complete lack of accountability and a blatant disregard for the people they are supposed to helping.... I understand dealing with a conveyor belt system and how fatiguing that can be but this was unacceptable.
I sincerely wish that I could give this post negative stars, one of the most terrible experiences in business ever. If you value your loved ones well-being, please do not let them go to this horrible place

THE WORST EVER COMPANY! My husband has cancer and mobility issues and has been on supplemental oxygen for about 3 years, they have constantly had problems keeping delivery drivers so we would be told there was going to be a delivery then that day comes and no one shows up. We jumped through all the hoops and qualified for a portable oxygen concentrator which we've been on waiting list for 2 + years. TAMMY is ALWAYS RUDE!!! She told me today that they don't HAVE TO DELIVER O2 AND SUPPLIES ITS A CONVENIENCE!! NO ITS NOT that is what they bill Medicare for and THAT MY FRIEND IS FRAUD! If you're reading this GO TO INOGEN. It took us 3 weeks to get a portable oxygen concentrator. It was discovered that Lincare has been lying about the fact that they're on back order, WRONG! THEY MAKE ALL THEIR $$ FROM TANKS AND AT HOME O2 CONCENTRATORS..THATS WHY THEY KEPT STONEWALLING US! YOUR STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT AND RUDE if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Very rude. The blonde lady that works here is very rude to me when I told her I'm hearing impaired she acted like that bugged her that was first time. The second time she was also very rude and rolled her eyes at me and didn't like the way I sign my name shouldn't be in a customer service job!!
