Stopped in to get rid of some old electronics. Friendly staff and good service. Good and fair negotiation and ended up happy with the result of my sale. The store is a bit unorganized, but the staff do the best they can to ensure you leave satisfied. Recommended to stop in and see what they have or call if you're looking for something specific. I will definitely be back!

Worst pawn shop in Fort Wayne unless u want a cheap movie. They won't buy anything that's actually worth selling so don't waste your time. They say the can't invest in items they can't move/sell but there whole shop is full of stuff they can't sell lmao ? Everytime you go on it's the same 5 items from last year

Horrible dishonest under new management never had problem 8 years prior to new manager. Would just go in every month pay no receipts honesty policy. Well go figure girl pick up my loans all junk still there but my cards gone. Wow really they new what was in there so be very careful dealing with them minus 1 .

Probably the worst pawn shop I've delt with. The other reviews are quite spot on ..... arrogant expects you take next to nothing for your items and scoff at their condition. "Hey can I sell you something for gas money since I wasted my time." Proceed to try to get me to sell most of it for I'm guessing 15 bucks. "We're too far apart." They cannot seem to work with you. Seriously!?! Haven't been this dissatisfied with a business since Game On sent me to that pc repair in Waynedale. Have been stopping at Lev's since 1997 and never bought a thing. Now I never will.

Horrible experience, Heard from a friend to check out Lev's for decent prices on 1911 and the such, It was my wife and I's 10th anniversary and she was treating me to a new toy, The worker Karl made the assumption it was a Strawhat sale aka Wrong, Said it extremely rude that he couldn't sell the gun to us, When I explain to him how the ACTUAL law works since he doesn't, he proceeds to scream strawhat sale over and over like a mongolloyd with a stutter. I've bought multiple things from Lev's in New haven and Won't be going back to any location after this absurd treatment and slander.
