Update 5/18/2024. I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at the St. Joe Center road store. The store is stocked very well & has a huge selection to choose from, in every department. I have only encountered one cashier who was obviously not happy being there & very rude to me. Today was the other end of the extreme, a young lady named Selma was TERRIFIC! SUPER FRIENDLY & INTERACTIVE! MADE ME FEEL WELCOME TO SHOP THERE. THE LADY BAGGING GROCERIES WAS THE SAME WAY! I DIDN'T CATCH HER NAME. THEY DESERVE RECOGNITION FOR THE GREAT JOB THAT THEY DO !

Make sure to check your items VERY carefully. Twice now just in the span of a couple weeks we’ve ended up with expired Oatmilk and a tub of mayonnaise that had mold inside. Do better Kroger.

I think the employees in the pharmacy need more training. They have given me the wrong prescription (and with the wrong instructions) for my child before. Every time we go there for a certain prescription, nobody knows how to use the manufacturer coupon. It’ll take about 3 employees to figure it out how to use it. Because of this, we know we have to go inside and explain that it’s a manufacturer coupon good for 12 months and they always want us to get a new coupon even though we just gave them a new coupon last month. Sometimes my husband will call ahead and try to let them figure it out before we show up. It’s just very inconvenient.

The store was packed to the point of no parking. There were no checkouts open except self checkout and the self check lines were 10 people deep at least.

As usual there are some great sale prices if you look. Kroger brands are mostly okay excepting salad dressing (stay away). Nice store and mostly nice employees.
