All of my medications are on auto fill, however since moving them to this store I rarely if ever get them to auto fill before I realize I am running out.

Honestly this pharmacy makes me cry every single time I come here. I dont know how hard it is to get the correct brand of the correct prescription. Every. Single. Time. And every single time they get attitude with me and it's unnecessary. I didn't ask for a brain that can't function unless it takes a certain medication. It's frustrating, and it shouldn't have to be.

The other Krogers couldn't fill my birth control. Never any issues here plus it's close to my job

This pharmacy used to be fantastic, but it has gone downhill over the last year or so. It consistently takes several days and calls to fill prescriptions, the drive thru takes forever - I always just end up going in. They rarely have medications we fill regularly in stock. Most of the staff is nice - except Pallas - she should not be dealing with customers, she is not friendly at all and acts like she doesn't want to be there. If this keeps up, we will be looking for a new pharmacy.

The staff is very friendly. I don't have insurance and they helped me with discount cards and really took the cost down.

Electronic communication is not consistent with phone communication or in person communication. Either employees need more training on how to use their current system or the system needs upgraded because it isn’t accurate. Attention to detail is lacking amongst several pharmacy staff members. Customer service is poor especially when answering questions. Long wait times in the drive thru. Unprofessional and try to shift blame to providers or insurance. Extremely frustrated with their “mistakes” that consistently occur at what feels like every other month intervals.

Careful getting your pick up items here especially bread not the first time they have shoved it in a bag and thrown it in the trunk. Even Walmart asks if you want your bred in the back seat or with you ...last week they gave us a rotting head of lettuce?♀️

On 12.5.19 Kroger Pharmacy lost my prescription and wrote to me stating, “The protected information that was accessed included your name, address, date of birth, phone number, prescription number, medication name, strength, directions, physician name, and the patient education material pertinent to your prescription.”

On 12.5.19 Kroger Pharmacy lost my prescription and wrote to me stating, "The protected information that was accessed included your name, address, date of birth, phone number, prescription number, medication name, strength, directions, physician name, and the patient education material pertinent to your prescription." "Penalties for HIPAA Violations by Pharmacies It doesn't matter how large or small your business is, HIPAA compliance for pharmacies is not optional. There have been several penalties for HIPAA violations by pharmacies over the past few years. Not only can HIPAA violations attract a significant fine, they can also seriously damage the reputation of your pharmacy. The HHS' Office for Civil Rights has increased enforcement activity in the past two years and fines and settlements over HIPAA violations are now far more common. State attorneys general are also taking action over privacy breaches and are pursuing financial settlements when PHI is exposed or impermissibly disclosed. State attorneys general can issue fines up to $250,000 for violations of the same type that are experienced in a single year. The HHS' Office for Civil Rights can issue fines up to $1.5 million per violation category, per year." From HIPAA Journal, April 6, 2018. (Note: PHI = Personal Health Information)

Excellent pharmacy with a personal touch. They know you here, and the staff is very friendly. Low prices of you do not have full coverage.
