Should have known not to try this pharmacy again. Previously I started going to Coventry because I never had a problem. Tried Waynedale again because I would be closer one day. Still understaffed and lack of communication.

They never answer the phone when I call. And they are rude when they do. My opinion is that they are very lazy and seems like they don't want to do there job.

It's not the fault of the workers. They try hard but I don't use this place anymore. Most of the time, they don't even have time to answer the phone. I get it, but now I am getting scripts for someone that is terminal. Maybe get a new manager of this store.

Kroger Pharmacy in Waynedale in my opinion have a great staff. Always friendly and helpful. They've always tried to get my prescriptions ready when I've needed them! Definitely recommend!

I think they are very busy and sometimes short-staffed, but otherwise I believe they know what they're doing and are trying.

I use this pharmacy because it’s so close to home but I really am going to switch they never have the medication that we need my son is ADHD and one time they even forgot to enter in when I picked it up into the system and had to go a month without because it’s considered a narcotic the staff not always the friendliest there are a few that are very polite they are so short staffed it’s ridiculous . You are always waiting more than 20 minutes… very very rarely do I walk in and the order is even ready for pick up!!!

Awesome team !! One pharmacy told me at the last minute they couldn't fulfill my order BUT Kroger did, 30 minutes before they were to close. I appreciated that from the bottom of my heart. Excellent customer service and Thank you❣️

It's time for me to find another pharmacy. This one is struggling soooo badly. Been a customer for a few years. They used to be better than this but never very good. I keep waiting for them to improve but it only gets worse. When they start messing up on my pain medication all the time now, it's time to get out of Dodge!

By far the WORST pharmacy in town. They're slow, they lie & when you call them out, the head pharmacist says "I don't care!". Went to the Doctor on Friday, he sent the scripts in when we were there, around 2pm. My husband went there on Saturday, they said it wasn't ready & to come back in a half hour. He went back today instead & they STILL weren't ready & again said to come back in a half an hour. He went back an hour or so later & they STILL didn't have them ready. My husband explained he needed them because it's meds that he just can't not take or the Doctor wouldn't order them. The head pharmacist said that Doctors order meds for people all of the time that people don't need & was she supposed to put him in front of the 171 people who had scripts ordered before him. She told him twice that she didn't care about him or his situation. We will be calling a lawyer tomorrow & will NEVER go back to that awful pharmacy ever again. If she doesn't care about people or making sure that they get their meds in a timely manner & doesn't care if they run out, she should go find another job. So rude & disrespectful & just ridiculous. I hope she loses her job because someone as rude & unprofessional as that shouldn't be there. She's not doing anyone any favors. She will be hearing from our lawyer.

This is my first time using Kroger's pharmacy and my experience was horrible. My regular cvs has been out of my medication for awhile so I was recommended to have my prescription sent to Kroger's or Walmart. I chose this Kroger's (which was a horrible idea). I called the 1st time to get told my prescription was on hold to call my insurance. Called my insurance they fixed the issue and was told to call Kroger's pharmacy back to let them know. Called a second time and spoke to Pharmacist Jada. Who was extremely rude..told me that I was a lie that nobody told me my prescription was on hold by insurance . If I wanted my prescription filled tell my insurance they can risk their own license. Remind you I'm confused by her response and doing what her staff told me to do and call my insurance. She continued with asking me crazy questions and when I asked why are you asking me this she yells I don't know you! I don't know who you are or why you want your prescription as if I'm some junky. If my prescription was too soon then as a professional you properly explain to me that your staff wrongfully explained wrong and not harass me because you have already stereotyped me without knowing me or understanding what I was trying to explain to you!Needless to say I have called multiple ppl from the customer service to pharmacy board etc until I get a good response I need to make sure she doesn't treat anyone else as I was..or stereotype again! I will contact the NAACP if needed this was hurtful and unbelievable.

Gave me someone else's meds and then have to call them when a new med is sent in just to ask them to fill it. Many of my meds were never filled on time or together. Got tired of having to call all the time so went to Walgreens. They also close really early now. Wouldn't recommend. Walgreens is way better and fills your meds fast and you don't even have to call and ask them to fill them. Plus people are friendlier at Walgreens.

I just want to start off with saying I understand that most places right now are short staffed. I get it. But it is extremely frustrating when you have a sick child who has been suffering for days. You take him to the doctor. The doctor prescribed breathing treatments..and you are unable to get them (and who knows when I will) because most likely it is a busy day/night and there aren’t enough staff to even answer a phone call. The phone has been ringing for 15 minutes and no answer. I would just like to plan a way to get the product when it’s ready. I’m not super shocked. This pharmacy is normally good but lately the timing and convenience part has not been good.

Three trips to get the right prescriptions…this has happened twice in the past two months…they make excuses…not enough help, working too hard…NOPE…YOU DO YOUR JOB OR YOU GET A JOB…they have proven their inadequacies and failures over and over in the past five years of dealing with them…DONE
