First time getting a prescription filled here. They told me it would take 30 mins, not a big deal at all. I took my sweet time picking out the handful of items I needed to shop for..go to the window 35min later and was told they needed 30 more minutes.. Bad Business!!! If you need a hour then tell me that the first time so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Instead of wasting my time!!

The employees here are always friendly. They have a decent selection and the shelves are always well-stocked. They need to open a few more registers because there have long lines at checkout on multiple occasions.

It seems they're confused about what there doing.Beginning of May I ran out of medicine I called to get a refill. I'm doing the 90 day thing Kroger pharmacy says I got a refill April first. This was not true!! But they even charged my insurance for a refill. Even my doctor says they are wrong. But now I can't get the prescription filled!! Now I can't trust them and my doctor won't write another 90 day script!! Bottom line Kroger committed insurance fraud!!

I don’t even know where to start… I should’ve found a new pharmacy a long time ago. They won’t have your medicine the same day that you need it. So if you get a script from the hospital you’re definitely not getting it that day. They can’t keep my doctors information straight even though the prescriptions are coming from the doctor. They can’t keep my insurance straight either I called and updated it many times. And every time I go in they act like they can’t find my insurance and then everybody has to wait behind me. One hand doesn’t seem to know what the other is doing. They’ve had a major communication problem over there for years.

This is pretty much as good as any Kroger in the area, although, crime at this location is very high. I've had a couple times passing by the entrance where a person was bent over a police car being arrested. Some of the people in the store look kinda sketchy. But, after all, this store is behind a check cashing store and a strip club. I would suggest concealed carry in this store just in case. They even put a camera 'trailor' in the parking lot. I don't know if that's gonna help with the crime, however. Store is kept well stocked and the employees are friendly in line with our local tradition of being friendly, hard working people. They stock some local foods but it would be nice if they had more. Also, their generic brands are pretty good in terms of price and quality. The Kroger canned tuna is very good quality.

I ordered grocery delivery. this is apparently through instacart. I did not receive my order but was charged and received notification it was delivered. I called Kroger they said talk to instacart. I called instacart, they said to call Kroger. they took my money, but are waiting 10 days to return it. they refuse to just resend the order. never again.

The Kroger corporation's handling of COVID vaccines is, in my opinion, absolutely disgusting. Shame on Kroger. In my calls, I got conflicting information on whether the leadership at the pharmacy at this location is to blame for a major SNAFU: today there were appointments available for Saturday to get a vaccine, but one could not book them since there was not enough vaccine for the second appointment. Again, disgusting.
