I loathe digital coupons!! If you want to sell groceries then sell them. It's discrimination against elderly people as well as non-tech savy people who don't want to mess with it. My parents still have flip phones and have no internet access at their lake place.West State Kroger is no different than any other Kroger. It's not this stores fault they have to go by what the corporation says to do. Basically life is to busy to have to mess with this crap. You have to be a genius to calculate how to get more fuel points, save money, blah, blah, blah. It's a pain in the A$$. Even the employees hate them because they have to listen to all the complaints.

Well one thing i do no. 100 percent for sure they are so prompt and on time the staff are all hep full. and if you dont understand how to take you medicine they will take there time and read it and show you kind and pleasant over 5 star check them out if your looking for Quick fast and out the door with Goodness

Kroger Pharmacy W. State . Was given the wrong prescription. Got called asking if I could bring it back . Brought it back the next morning . They said the correct prescription would be ready by 11:00 am and it was not necessary to call ahead to make sure it was ready. Got there at 11:45 am and it wasn’t ready . They had it ready in about 5 minutes. That wasn’t a problem . They never said they were sorry or thanked me for making an extra trip. Disappointed !

The employees working tonight totally saved me! I waited until the last possible day and the last possible hour to fill my prescription before a surgery and they had it ready in under 5 minutes AND with a smile. Thank you!!!

Been going for a year for my son's ADHD medicine and last time was told it was denied needing a Pre-auth and to call his doctor to have one sent in. Did that, and called Insurance. Was told the pharmacy was using an invalid NDC code and no pre-auth is needed and for the pharmacy to call to get approved NDC codes and that reimbursement for the expired code that was used could be attained then. Called Pharmacy back and they said they couldn't because it'd be fraudulent and did not want to call to get approved codes for the covered medicine. I'll need to just come in when it's time to fill and find out on the fly. Screwed in the middle here having to pay for a medicine I shouldn't have had to with no reimbursement.

Paege that works on W State St is lazy. Several people in line and she will refuse to assist the cashier to help out. Not what we all need when sick, to stand in line waiting for 15 minutes!!!
