A lot of these reviews read like a corporate issue more than a store issue. Worked at this location for 4 years, most grocery stores are the same, but I put this location above the rest, maybe Dupont is better. Employees are generally nice. The store is large, it's a supermarket, what do you expect?

They still treat their employees like trash, awful benefits, abusive wage theft strategies, and immoral corporate stance obvious when hiring some employees are also shown how to apply for food stamps since their Kroger wage will be unable to cover simple needs one should easily be able to afford working for a massive business. What a pity because Walmart, Meijer, and others seem oblivious to the basic moral structure needed for a healthy economy which promotes a healthy society. Costco alone stands strong as an example on how to run a proper business. It's really tragic because I enjoy Kroger for their offers of B-Grade produce which should be mandatory. I dislike food waste and hate seeing good stuff thrown out. It's bad enough price gouging but only Kroger has the good sense to give B-Grade produce up for offer. This location is decently clean, been here a few times over the years even though I am from out of town. Rewards program is minimal, nothing special, would be better to combine gas rewards with other chains to enhance options since Kroger gasoline is very limited in locations.

The last 2 times that I ordered groceries online.. a lot of my items were not available, when the item say "available" as I'm ordering. I have also ordered a bag of salad and when I get home to put groceries in the fridge, the lettuce is BROWN AND WILTED!!! Do the order pickers not see this or do they just not care???!!! Would you feed lettuce to your family that's wilted or brown??? Please pay attention to what you pick for your customers.. lesson learned.. I will just go shopping myself

After 17 years of being a customer! Having problems for 3 months on redeeming my fuel points. Weather it is the systems or a certain employee error I spoke with a newer manager about the problem. This manager told me I was doing something wrong. Okay, either way it is your job as a manager to address this issue that has been reoccurring at this krogers Weather it is the systems or an employee. Where is the ethics in blaming your customer of 17 years when your new to your position. Is anyone else having issue's redeeming their fuel points at Krogers?

Got groceries early this morning and all I see is employees standing around just talking and doing nothing . Got to the checkout and there were no cashiers just the self checkout was open . I had a cart full and I had no offers of help I am sorry nothing ! I bagged everything by myself and again people just standing there having tea parties . They worst customer service I have had . Time to start shopping someplace else !

Very rude customer service. I went to return an item, and because my item was in a Walmart bag the woman at customer service said that I was lying where I bought the item. I took out the item and showed her that it had a Meijer logo on it, and she still said no. I don't mind that I could not get refunded for the item, but to get accused of lying about where I bought the item was ridiculous. I now go out of my way, and drive further to not shop here.

This pharmacy is terrible, and it’s really disappointing. Doc sends in script, I get a txt from the pharmacy that it’s ready, I go to pick up and they say they’re still waiting on the script. What? No explanation on why I got a text. No apologies. And this has happened more than once! I’m done, switching pharmacies asap.

Every time I come here they never have my prescription ready. My doctor calls it in and I go hours later and it’s never ready or I have to wait until the next day. It’s a little ridiculous.

Poor produce, empty shelves RUDE employees! What else could you want from your local grocery store!?!? Get more and more disappointed by this Kroger every time I go. When does the "customer service" desk actually hire someone with customer service skills?? Always RUDE interactions. Today was the last straw for me. I cancelled my boost membership and will just keep going to Meijer on DuPont. Everyone there is spectacular! Above and beyond sweet and helpful! Never been given an attitude at any Meijer I have ever been to. Sorry a** Kroger strikes again!

Earlier this week, my wife placed an online cake order for pickup today. This is to serve 70 people at 7 pm today. Long story short, the online orders don't always get "delivered to the bakery." So this is our problem? The fix: four quarter sized cakes that don't match and make it look like we thought about the birthday last minute. We look foolish. A small cake instead of a large cake will be presented. How did Kroger make this right? We paid the full price for what we ordered and weren't forced to pay more by buying each unmatched quarter cake separately. Wrong cake flavors. Wrong frosting type. Wrong frosting flavors. If this was my store, the customer would have paid nothing and walked out with a certificate for a future cake. Clearly, making things close to right escaped this management team. Costco needs to return to the game!
