Most of my experience has been great at the main Kroger Pharmacy on Clinton. Then I had to use the one at Georgetown Pharmacy and it was Ok as well. When I had to use the Kroger Pharmacy on Dupont I have had hard time getting meds delivered. They don’t come on same day or they forget to add to delivery. They change how to pay for delivery and employees don’t know this. Orders delivered are not complete. I have been hung up on and had to call back. I’ve been told they can’t get meds out today they have a problem. All this within one month,

Very slow service. 6 techs running around back there but only one window open. If you are in line close to the lunch hour or closing time they will just shut down in front of you; no warning as you stand in line.

I went in on Monday, October 31 with my mom so she can get her flu shot. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted us nicely. The doctor was really kind and gentle with my mom. We were in and out within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Kroger Pharmacy for vaccines!

The drive thru randomly closes all the time . Yes I know they close for lunch. But it’s 3pm. I did not want to walk in because I’m sick. I was never able to get it . I. It used to be a great pharmacy I’ve used for 18 years . I don’t know what happened

They don’t have the staff to have their drive through open and when you go inside they can’t find your prescriptions. Then they tell you that they’re not accountable for their automated refill system. Horrible service. Rosemary was uncaring and rude. I will be finding somewhere else to get these prescriptions filled.

Closed the window in my face. I arrived just after six, waited behind two cars, and pulled up after the second finished. This was at 615, 45 minutes before close.Their justification was to catch up on the inside, but after saying that the person on the phone said I could come inside now since they was no line.

Gave me the wrong quantity once. I let that slide, but this past month they were completely Unprofessional and didn’t have my script ready due or even the next day! Idk how that happens.

The old lady there needs to retire. She is very rude with no people skills.This pharmacy has gone downhill. They have mixed up my prescriptions and given me the wrong pills in my prescription bottle.

I have telephoned two months in a row and when I went to pick up the first time I had to go back the next day because it wasn't ready. When you call in they give you an estimated time to pick up. I waited two hours past pick up time and it still wasn't ready. This time I filled my prescription and it took over a half hour for them to find it! I would not recommend this pharmacy :( !
