I came by this Kroger Marketplace as I was in the area of this one and needed to buy groceries. If I am near a Kroger Marketplace in Fort Wayne, i usually buy from them since they carry Boar's Head Products. I think Boar's Head Deli meats are the best deli meats on the market, so I will frequent a store if they sell it. I find it odd, though, regular Kroger's do not carry it. The deli had a large order of Deli meats from me, and they got it to me as quickly and efficiently as they could.While here, I also got some other items I needed like milk, chicken, pork, soda, items from the fruit/veggie aisle as well as a card to send to a friend of mine for her birthday. They also had some beautiful flowers for a great price, which I took home! Shopping here is great, and I recommend it!

If you are picking up a prescription, go inside if you want customer service. If you utilize the drive thru pharmacy, be warned, they will walk by the windows and say NOTHING. They will not say, I'll be right with you or anything. Then when they do service you, they are very rude!! I was a tad bit disappointed in the customer service at this location. BEWARE...go inside to pick up your prescription. They're friendlier. If you don't care about quality service, go through the drive thru. They are RAH!

This past week I ordered a cake from my local Kroger bakery for my son's birthday party. I used the website, and I wrote some additional directions for its decoration. It turned out exactly the way I wanted, and it was delicious as well! I was extremely pleased. I've always liked my local Kroger, and I'm an even bigger fan now!

Ok here is my rant. #1}I have a handicapped plackard due to alot of back problems. Came to the store could not find a handicapped place. there was however a Kroeger pharmacy truck parked in one of them that should not happen...Ended up parking way out and very hard for me to walk as people are not to patient. #2}Trying to shop around those dam online orders being filled in those big carts. they park them in your way and don't move making it hard to shop and get items that they are blocking. at times they go around the corner with those things very fast and I have almost gotten run into twice!!!! also the produce section they do the same thing. I was standing in front of one picking out salads and guess was taking to l ong so this person asked another customer to go get the things she needed as I was in her way so she did just stepping in front of me no excuse me nothing she did it twice and handed the things to the cart lady.#3} you seem to forget that you have customers in the store shopping too and all I ask is to be able to shop with no stress or confrontations from your employees or others. #4] your parking lot is a night more to get out of many times I get trapped because of people cutting me off and people waiting for someone to pull out etc. last weekend we decided to go to a different Kroeger....the parking much better but still crabby cart people in the way. some of the ones working by the self check outs are crabby and rude.... wake up Meijers looks pretty good!!!!!

Shopping in general at Kroger is easy for me. Mainly because I'd worked there for a year and a half. But I quit because my boss was constantly stressing me out and breathing down my neck. My boss would only tell me what I did wrong, never try to tell me how to fix it and never tell me I was doing a good job. It was always negative. I had multiple mental breakdowns because of her. I loved all of my coworkers and made some really great friends there. There was so much negativity from higher ups and I was really tired of it having a number on my mental health. I'm super happy now that I'm out!

They carry a large variety of items, and that's why I keep going back, but I am disappointed again and again because so many items are always out of stock. Not a week goes by where they're out of something and I have to completely change my recipe or dish for the week because of it. Today for example (Saturday afternoon) they were out of fresh leeks, shelled frozen edamame, and the Just egg omelettes. Ugh. This is by far the busiest store making it hard for social distancing. The customer service is lacking, but I think it's because they're so busy. Perhaps if you find out what day the trucks come and then maybe come during the work week it may be better, but I don't know.

The meat selection and quality of the Boars Head brand is great, but there is no organization here. The employees blindly ask who is next and there is no line. Numerous times other rude customers have just cut in front of people forcing us to wait even longer and the employees don't care. Plan to spend at least 15 minutes waiting on stuff here if you come to the deli.
