SO I NEEDED AN SR22. POLICY AND JUST PICKED KRISTEN OUT FROM GOOGLING STATE FARM. BAM, THERE'S THIS PICTURE OF KRISTEN. LOOKS PROFESSIONAL. I CALL, LEFT MESSAGE AND LITERALLY WITHIN 30 MINUTES IM PAYING FOR 6 MONTHS OF INSURANCE, VERY VERY DECENT RATE, I MIGHT ADD, AND IIM E-SIGNING MY POLICY. We have been with Kristin's office for more years than I can remember. She and her staff have always been to notch. We carry auto insurance for three vehicles, and homeowners with them. We have never had any issues when making a claim and always receive friendly help in determining appropriate policy updates as our insurance needs change over the years. I highly recommend them!

Kristin has always been there for us. We have been a SF customer for many, many years. She always ensures we’ve been given the best information and solutions. I’m working with her on a claim, which is all new to me with this new technology. She’s acting as an intermediary with corporate claims. It’s nice that she knows my wife and I by name and our background. Too many agents, we’d be just a number. I’m sure there’ll be more contact with Kristin on getting my vehicle repaired. The office staff of Kristin Pease are absolutely wonderful. If I need anything I'm called or texted back the same day. Always polite and professional and more than responsive. Customer service in our world today is lacking and rude to say the least. Never in the 10+ years that I have worked with this office and my parents had Kristin Pease State Farm office for over 40 years has there been anytime that we were unhappy with their customer service or handling of a claim. Best office in the State of Indiana!
