I shop at Kohl’s frequently. I love their coupons and Kohl’s cash. I get great bargains here. Sometimes the sales wax are a bit disorganized however. Had a delightful experience with checkout. Robin was most efficient and friendly.

Customer service is hard to find in that place… it took forever to find someone to help, when I finally did, they had no idea how to help me find it, i ended up leaving, not knowing if they have the item or not.

Very comfortable store for shopping, good coupons and sales in the store. Problem at the cash register because an item placed in the home section came up on the cash register as "candy"!, thereby voiding the $10 off coupon. Nothing in store or on the coupon stated the item would not qualify, only the way it was coded in the cash register. Supervisor had to override the system so I could receive the $10 off. I greatly appreciated the efforts of the store employees to adjust to a situation not clearly stated anywhere in the store, or on the coupon.

It's a typical Kohl's, well stocked. Customer service doubles as an Amazon drop-off. Easy parking.

This khols is my favorite one to go to! My only issue is the staff seem to have a hard time keeping things stocked, and cleaned up as much as other stores.
Overall everyone is very friendly
