Wanted to have motorhome serviced and engine misfire repaired by a reputable business…… I’m sorry to say this is not where you should have it done. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, it was serviced, but no check sheet except for the bill. Was then told they could not fix the engine miss, they don’t replace spark plugs in aluminum heads, recommended a garage that did. Waited another week and was never looked at or followed up on by Koesters… I feel I got ripped off. $ 435.00 for an oil change with the attitude “Not my problem”. NEVER TAKE A MOTORHOME HERE FOR SERVICE.”
