Very helpful. They did not have the particular part I was needing however they sent me in the right direction with the correct Cummins part numbers and I really appreciate it. Most parts desks these days would have just said nope we don't have it.

Doug and Aaron were both very helpful mobile techs that diagnosed and replaced a broken brake chamber on my trailer in 10 degree weather. The office staff is also very friendly, and while I hope I don't need them very often, if I'm having truck trouble I plan to rely on Fort Wayne Kenworth in the future.
