We have had a nightmare experience. They have had our car for over 5+ weeks replacing a driver side window and minimal door and bumper damage. We specifically agreed to use a generic window and that's it that we would handle the rest of the repairs at a later date as we need our car. Next thing we know without our permission they DID NOT just replace the window with a generic one but ordered one they would not be able to get in a timely window and then proceeded to do all the other repairs as well ...leaving us without a car for over 5 WEEKS. The worst part was that they didn't even communicate this to us nor would they return calls to give us an ETA. in fact outside of receiving 2 text messages that continue to say they don't know when the car will be ready... They have not once called to give us any details. I mean are you friggin kidding me no car for 5 weeks is completely UNEXCEPTABLE. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go here. Horrible horrible customer service more like their running a circus.

Went to Kelly's to look at a car.
I told my sales man I would go to the bank the next day to get the loan.
He ask me if I want to put my credit card down for a hold. I told him no
If it was ment to be it was ment to be. I also ask him to please let me know if it got sold be I got to the bank.
So the next day he texted me one hour before I went to the bank and said it was still there.
I went to the bank and the check was getting printed. I called the sales man to ask him if he wanted me to take a picture of it and send it to him. He than informed me some one had the Vehicle out test driving it.
I ask him if he couldn't tell these people that it was sold. But he didn't and they bought it.
I could understand him selling to someone eles if he didn't know I was at the bank and the check was printed. . I feel like I was robbed.
They hadnt even bought the vehicle yet and my check was already printed.
THIS IS POOR COMPANY TO DO THIS.
I WONT BE BACK AND I WILL TELL MY FAMILY NOT TO EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.

I went in and got some 35% tint and it is flawless. Not one bubble, no tint anomalies, and it fits perfectly. 100% worth the money. The technician did a very perfect job.

Used to buy cars and maintenence here until I figured out how much they over charged me. Did some work recently that cost 5k and other shops felt bad for quoting me at 1.5k. Never will I do business here or my friends and their businesses.

I just Bought and paid for a Brand new 2024 Cadillac XT5, from Kelley Cadillac. After receiving this brand new $60,000 crossover that I traded a very nice 2019 Cadillac CTS for. I find out That the sunroof is inoperable, and the parts to make it operable aren't available anymore. What a bunch of horseshit are they telling me . A customer of Kelley Automotive Group since 2013. GMC and Cadillac, vehicles bought and paid for. Michael Stone!

It is the only place I will ever take my car for service. Tim is especially patient and answers all my questions. My car drives like brand new every time I pick it up. Drove all the way to California and back with no worries at all.

They take advantage of women And here's why. My wife took her pickup to get service for a engine light. Once there, they told her she needed a new muffler. Which was replaced 1 year earlier. She had it replaced. Cost over $2000 for that and the service light. Not long after, the service light came back on. She took it back. She paid more money just for them to place the air filter in properly. The muffler rattle's and vibrates now. Need less to say she will not be going back!!!

Was going great at first. Went to call and put a down deposit in for a vehicle, but they did not answer their phone (even though they were supposed to be open for 30 more minutes). I left a voicemail to which I was given a call back, they left a voicemail for me stating they needed my information for the temp tag, etc. When I called to give them my information (same day) I was told the truck was sold. Extremely frustrated & disappointed.
