They don’t give you your vehicle on time when they say they are say they have your vehicle ready when they don’t even have it ready for more than 3 weeks they charge so expensive that they’re timing is not what they say poor quality service They lie saying that they already have all your piezss and when you call they think that all the money they are charging for having the vehicle just parked there and only with a sorry they can fix everything.

Chad, I called you and left a message. Pictures show the only rust on my truck. Appeared 2 months after they were totally redone by Kelley. I had a bumper and bed panel repaired and painted on my pristine 2005 Dodge Ram in 2020. Within 2 months, those 2 places were the only places rusted on my truck. They said they would repaint the bed panel if I bought a new one only. They did say they would repair the bumper. I made an appointment for the repairs and a few others in the fall of 2022 but they cancelled my appointment because of a labor shortage and that they'd call me in a week when they got caught up. I'm sitting here 8 months later waiting on the call. I expected more from them.Services: Painting

As bad as it gets. This place will give you lies on top of lies. We have NEVER heard the truth about anything regarding our car repair. Two months to get it in and over three months without being finished. Promises in writing from the body shop manager go ignored. Kelly from the office, Jonathan Wilkins from the office and Chad Sims, the manager will lie to you and refuse to respond to calls. Absolutely pathetic rotten lying business. NEVER take your car here. Unfortunately used the new Grand National Drive location. Terrible customer service, and got lied to from the beginning. I took my vehicle there in October and made the mistake of going with them. I was told work could be done by the end of November. Long story short….they keep telling me they have no idea when my parts will be in and that they can’t get a hold of Honda to find out, even though it only took me one easy phone call to speak to Honda parts guy. My parts are miraculously found to be there at the shop in early December by a fill in. I schedule my vehicle for the work and drop it off January 3rd (Kelley’s first available spot) and get it back on 1/30. They said said it was supposed to take 40 hours. Derek Farley was terrible to work with and would never return my calls, thankfully he was put in another position so if you make the mistake to go with Kelley you won’t have to deal with him. The work they did looks fine but they left an old junk trim piece in my back seat and killed my keyless remote battery somehow.

Delays, excuses, and lack of attention to detail.If you don’t care how long it will take, want the run around for your questions, want your warranty work to get started days after your scheduled appointment, panel gaps to get larger, or your paint to match the rest of your car, then go ahead and use this shop.4 days to fix less than 1 square inch of paint that flaked off on a scheduled appointment is inexcusable. Bear in mind that flake happened less than a year after they painted a new bumper after an accident. I will not be going back unless I need them to fix another issue with their paint work. Also said they would do a free touch up and did a super shoddy job of that after failing to do it all during those four days. CHECK their work before you leave.Services: Painting

Trying to get a time scheduled to take my car in but not getting much of a response, was told I would get a call back on Wednesday, I did not I had to email, then I was told i would get another response after checking on a date and I did not get an email or call at all today and it’s Friday, I’ve been trying to schedule since Tuesday.
