Worst car repair experience of my life. Very poor communication. They told us it would take half a day to replace a part- they had our car for FIVE days. They always promised they were "almost done" and would call when it was done, but I always had to call (several hours after the time they promised it'd be done by) only to hear that it was going to be ever longer. When they finally finished with it, they parked it in grass/gravel littered with screws and other pieces of metal. We left for a trip that same day and ended up on the side of the road within 30 minutes due to a screw in our tire. Obviously can't be certain it was from them, but it seems awfully coincidental to say the least.

Brought my vehicle in to get oil leak and oil changed. Picked up 2 days later and was told it was fixed. Got home and nope not fixed. It is leaking about a quart every other day.... so, not like a micro leak..... Now I have called a few times and left messages (during their posted business hours) and still no call back. For a service business, they should really try to provide service. Another business to put on the NEVER USE and tell everyone about.Service: Oil change

I took my car in to get an oil change and have them look at why my car was making weird noises when I hit my brakes. They said they didn’t see or hear anything wrong with my car.I wasn’t convinced, so I had a family member take a look, and he said it was clear my brakes needed replaced badly. I took it to another mechanic and they confirmed my brakes needed replaced and it also had a very loose ball joint… ?I’m not sure why exactly JTS missed it, but it’s just concerning that they missed something 2 other people saw right away and that could’ve resulted in a serious accident had it not been fixed. ?Services: Vehicle safety inspection

If I could post and rate without any (rating 0) stars I would. JTS is not what it used to be. They are now overpriced and neglectful. I advise anyone to utilize a different repair shop. Values and integrity are important and it is quite apparent that the new owners lack these attributes. There were 3 failures or mistakes made on their part. When you pay this amount of money (which is insane, even with the so-called discount) to just fail to inform a client of repairs needed, the other two details were minimal. But if they failed to do several services that you paid for, you start questioning if they even completed what you paid for.Even after calling them and informing them of why I had a problem. All they said was we all make mistakes. They didn’t even ask me for my name, to find out which tech did the service to correct the issue. Very unethical and do not know how to run a business.The manager was supposedly on vacation but the worker also didn’t offer to take my information down to have the manager handle the matter upon his return. Not worth the money or the time. Appears to not value their customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I don't even know where to begin. I brought my vehicle in several weeks ago as it was still under warranty and JTS was a preferred repair facility under my warranty company. I was told that the timing belt broke and my engine was ruined and I would need an engine replacement. After that, my vehicle sat in their shop for ALMOST A MONTH and they NEVER even touched it! When I would call for an update (they never called me with information, I always had to call them), Nikki was always rude and blamed everything on the fact that they were moving (guess the should have shut down during this time if they didn't want customers). I called my warranty company and they told me they were having trouble getting any response as well, even after asking JTS for proof of the problem 4 times! After my claim had been opened for almost 30 days with absolutely no progress made, my warranty company pulled the vehicle from JTS and had it moved to another facility where it was fixed in 3 days. Oh, and the diagnosis I got was completely wrong. It ended up being a $200 repair rather than the $5800 JTS was asking for. I am still in shock that this happened to me at a business that seems to have otherwise good reviews. If you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Beyond disappointed by how my situation was handled.
