Best service ever! Jonathan Morales: Allstate Insurance is always so caring, helpful and always available to answer any of my questions and always, recommends the best and affordable plan for me and my family. I have my Home and Auto insurance with them and I am honestly so happy that I have chosen them. I've been with them for about 5 years and I am looking forward to many more! Had great rates to start. I initially purchased home & auto insurance prior to purchasing my first home. My agent failed to disclose my temporary address was used. After making several small changes that were incorrect I noticed that I was charged for each change. I was never advised I was charged and after I inquired I was then charged again. I never was reimbursed so I dropped the auto policy.
