Called to ask some questions, and the associate that answered the phone wouldn't answer my questions unless I was an account holder. I wasn't even able to give them my name or my company name to become an account holder. I guess the only positive I can say is that they answered the phone quickly and I wasn't put on hold.

They have good prices, they have a grate location, but there customer service sucks!I have never felt welcome. I live less than a mile so some times I have to go there but if I have enough time I prefer to drive across town instead of being treated like I don't matter.I guess I'm not a big enough client for them.Maybe they don't like cash, who knows.
