The shop manager knows his stuff about what to get at specific mile markers. He was not overly pushy on those services he suggested. The staff enjoyed their work environment and the customer. I always go to this, Jiffy Lube! They do such a good job. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They are great with communication and know what they are talking about. I have not had one bad experience. This is the only place I go in Fort Wayne for oil changes and regular maintenance. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Visited the s. Bend Dr store on veterans Day to get a free oil change. We needed wiper blades which were 14.99 each we only had 30.00 on us. I told the crew I'd run to ATM and bring back the rest I would owe. My boyfriend has terminal cancer and I have cancer and there was no possibility of crossing the busy road.. they agreed to that. When we were finished they presented us the gift of the wipers for free. We are sincerely grateful to them.Service: Oil change

In my years living near this store I've used it multiple times for regular maintenance, but no more. The employees are nice, friendly and courteous, no issues with that. HOWEVER...Every time I go there has been an issue, from acorns falling in during a filter replacement, tools left attached to my car causing damage when I drove away, stripping/ruining the plug to drain my oil, and this last week using the wrong spark plugs for my replacement TWICE.They've fixed some of problems they have caused, yeah but I've also had to go to a dealer to find out this most recent issue and pay double what JL charged to fix what JL messed up. Just go somewhere else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I am very pleased with the amount of service that I received at this jiffy lube. As I went to another location and they somewhat told me that they cannot perform the service on my card that I asked. But when I went to this location they were very nice and they explain to me what I needed done with my car in a way that I can understand. The pricing for my services was very reasonable. They really helped me a lot and I am pleased I will return to this location with any more services that I need that they can do. Jiffy lube was great. I had to wait a little to get in because they were busy. No problem. They were efficient and did a great job. It was nice to get my car vacuumed. I got to sit inside and read my book on my phone. They were kind and respectful!

Yesterday, Jiffy Lube on Jefferson Boulevard they were the nicest people ever they had me out within like 10 minutes he sat down with me and explained everything to me and detail, and then, as I was leaving, they were all very pleasant. Very nice people . they all said goodbye . I give them five stars. Thank you Bob Silvers.

The west jefferson blvd. Location in Fort wayne the techs did an amazing job Brooklyn I think her name is was totally.on her game, informative, and her experience shows. Her customer service skills are very much at the level that is needed nowadays. Superb job all the way around. I'll go nowhere else for my service and maintenance on my work vehicle. I've been a mechanic for over 20 years so I know what to look for. Oil change, tire rotation, wiper replacement, fluids topped off, washed windows, and even vacuumed!! You're going to be be impressed!!

This jiffy lube is the cream of the crop of Fort Wayne’s jiffy lubes. Normally I go to the one by glenbrook but never again. They did all kinds of extra services that I didn’t even know were included! Window cleaning, vacuuming and all had great and positive attitudes! Definitely will be backService: Oil change
