Had an issue with an Interstate Battery purchased from Don Ayes Honda. The warranty wasn't honored, and the battery was less than 3 years old. Called Interstate Battery Systems of Fort Wayne, and I was given a number to call for Corporate Customer Service and the issue was resolved. Thanks for your help in taking care of this issue.

The guys at Interstate are great. I have a fleet of personal vehicles, and each one has an Interstate battery. In the past, I had a couple of batteries that acquired bad cells and would hold a charge. Took the batteries back. They checked them for discrepancy and replaced them with new... no problem! It is very painless and to the point. No argument or discussion, just a "Sorry about that." Here's your new battery.

I was back and forth about getting an Interstate battery from Costco or directly from these guys. After doing some digging around, found out Costco was ripping off people on the battery warranty.Long story short, I bought an Interstate battery from these guys since I had a 13 year old Interstate battery in my first car and it never skipped a beat.These guys had me in and out in under 10 minutes and they were very helpful and respectful. The best part is they had me out the door with a high quality battery for less than what was advertised online! I will be returning for any of my battery needs!

I've been buying my batteries from them for many years. The location has changed and the employees have too probably but the batteries remain great and with a respectable warranty. I'll continue using them for my personal and business vehicles!
