Do not rent from here. They will give you a crappy car. Even if you have gold status with them and are supposed to get free upgrades. You will see random charges on your bill and they won't be able to take them off. You will have to call customer service. Not the best experience.

We rented a van. It was brand new. Great gas mileage and great features. Our destination was 11 hours away and it made things that much easier.

Called same day to make sure our reservation was still on. Young lady said yes I was then turned around and asked my last name. I honestly think y'all should review the credit check BEFORE ppl come in. I was almost left without a car on the same day I needed it the most!! Thanks to Enterprise for saving the day.. btw I even got charged for 46.00 and didn't even get to use the service. ?

BAIT AND SWITCH. We’ve use this car rental place a couple times because it was our only option, and each time they have said that they do not have the car we reserved online and that we need to pay extra for a different car. The cars are not cleaned very well and usually smell like marijuana. The last car we picked up was not cleaned at all and only had half a tank of gas, although the paperwork stated that we received the car with a full tank and should return it with a full tank. Apparently it was just returned the night before and with the only car they had in stock. It was old, dirty, and stinky, and they insisted on charging an extra $20 because it was a “upgrade”. If you have other options for a rental car, DON’T GO HERE.

We rented an intermediate vehicle we had a vehicle above very good
On the other hand, disgusting full vehicle not made
We tell the person that it is dirty, telling us that they did not have time but that I have nothing to do on the way back, I bring them back in the same condition
Fortunately I had taken photos and a video before leaving because on the way back it's not the same person the one from there is present but doesn't say anything except they remember me a Frenchman in Fort Wayne there aren't any at all days
They told me that the vehicle was dirty and that it hadn't been refueled. She wanted to charge me a big penalty with my American friend. We showed him the photos and it happened! Phew!
It is not possible to always be fighting to show our good faith
The person who made the departure and who was watching from the side simply had to say that it was OK that the vehicle left in poor condition

I would give you a ZERO if I could. Twenty minutes after picking up my rental, the tire was very low. The check oil light came on. I called the 1800 number. I was able to get a hold of the roadside service department. They were a joke, to say the least. Hertz, you should be assumed of yourself and your customer service. After night of traveling to Indianapolis from north of Fort Wayne, Indiana, then back home with a new vehicle. I had to drive to the closest place that was open and had a vehicle to fit six people. Our vacation final was able to get started. Six extra hours of unnecessary driving because of their mistake giving a vehicle with so many issues. I called Fort Wayne location the next morning. The manager was able to help some to his limit. No one above him reached out. I lost a nights pay of work as we were leaving right after I got out of work. Instead, I had to drive to Indy to pick up a new vehicle. Your roadside department blamed me and told me to contract my insurance company. Never did they try to reach out to the local in Fort Wayne after hours to the manager to fix this issue. Instead, I had to drive 6 hours and miss work to fix your mistake. You can never get a hold of anyone from customer service. Someone from corporate needs to reach out to me!

Was renting with a major credit card, and the process could not have been simpler. The vehicle was great, zero issues anywhere in the process. Dom at the rental desk was very professional and helpful. I will be doing all my personal and small business renting through this branch in Fort Wayne from now on.

My boyfriend and I are in Fort Wayne visiting his family. The manager on shift worked with us to get a car from the day we got here to the last day we needed. Great service! Very helpful and welcoming!

Wish I could give them a negative star. Worst service ever. They don’t tell you about any of the additional fees that they tack on. I have called over 30+ times to get my issue resolved and gotten nowhere. And don’t even try calling their corporate you won’t get a response at all.
