Knowledgeable staff that has your best interest in mind. Broke down different products that addressed different health and fitness goals in an easy to understand way. Ordering supplements online is convenient, but the experience you receive at any of the Healthkick locations in the greater Fort Wayne area is incomparable. I’d recommend stopping in and having a conversation with any of their knowledgeable staff.

Lazy, I've been calling the store for over a week and can't get anyone to answer the phone and no it doesn't matter what time I call or what time of the day it is. This location is not that busy.

The CBD oils I sampled were not what the cashier claimed. They had zero affect on me and I've had way better results at other places. (Side-note I let 3 spoon fulls of the oil rest under my tongue for over 3 minutes)The guy who was working made it sound like a miraculous effect was going to happen and the reality of it was just a mild stomache ache. Don't try to ripe off people with products that are less than! It's bad business.

The woman running this store sold me something that I did not want. I paid her, walked out the door, then changed my mind went back in. She refused to give me my money back but promised the product will be on the shelf with-in a week, and would only give me a gift card. Two weeks past and it never came in. I must leave town so gave the gift card to someone else. I will never buy anything from them again. pilotwoodward gmail

Love this place! Usually buy more than I originally came to get. Always good to talk to someone that can give knowledgable suggestions. Love the time they take to understand what your looking for. Always friendly and willing to listen. I refer people here all the time.
