I LOVE both donating and shopping at the FW Restore. I have an empty box in my garage and every time I am finished with something that could be sold there I put it in the box and when it’s full I drive right up under the convenient canopy and someone comes out to get my donation, regardless of the weather. I regularly shop at the store also and have found some of the most useful and unusual things there. My church does an annual fish and tenderloin fry and 100% of the proceeds goes to Habitat for Humanity. Such a good cause and an amazing organization

Dishonest employees, unanswered replies by the Store Corporate manager! Such a shame that I gave a large amount of high quality items only to having my prescription eye glasses fall into one of the boxes and the employee that came out to help unload the items REFUSED to let me go through the items to retrieve my prescription eyeglasses! I need them SEE, know without a shadow of a doubt they fell from top (that I had them folded onto) into one of the boxes! The Corporate Manager NEVER returned my call, or replied to my review that ask him to do! Never, ever will I give to this organization again! I only wish I had called the police at that very moment...hindsight

I never know what I may find in The ReStore. Things go through there so fast, if you want it, Do Not Leave it. You may never see it again. I got a hand made ballot box with a hasp on it for $10 today. #JackpotFind

Sorry but someone at this store has double there price I love habitat Store all across the State of Indiana I love buying and giving money to a great causes but raise prices because you think something is old is wrong if all of the Stores are raise prices many of us will look some we’re else Sorry

I love this place! I visited twice and furnished my entire apartment for $1000 with a lot of cool stuff. I love the vintage items and most of them are in great shape. The people that work there are super sweet and helpful as well. I love going here.The best things they have is small tables, mirrors, paintings, and vintage decoration items. Not all they have is vintage, though!When you buy something you have a whole week to pick up your items, but you really need the paper slip they give you.

I had taken several boxes of items, and an old army locker to this site. I had my eyeglasses (prescription)Folded over the front of blouse. I was bendIng over the boxes helping to unload them, I had them on there,…when I got back in the truck, I noticed immediately they were missing! I jumped out and ask them to please look in the items I just gave them as my prescription glasses had to have fallen in them! The “manager” said they threw the boxes into a large bin, and would not look for them! He took my number and needless to say, after returning many, many, many days repeatedly I was told “If they were in there we considered them a gift! I retired had purchased them spending more than I ever would have knowing the were “Name Brand” and would last me until I passed away….this site is without a doubt the most UN-HONEST site to donate to!!! Never will I EVER donate to them again!!!?

The wood and baseboards are ridiculously priced! I have been pricing from Menards and Home Depot for my unfinished basement. I thought I would check out the restore. They are asking the same price and more on their wood!! Seriously? How is this a restore? It’s more like a morestore!!!

You never know what kind of surprises you may find at this place! The staff are professional and helpful. Our big find today was a door that made into a beautiful headboard!
