We had an awesome experience buying our new chevy at Grote. Our salesman Cayler Miner was very helpful and patient answering all our questions and getting us into the car we wanted. If you’re looking at a new vehicle I would definitely recommend seeing Cayler.

First experience there wasn't very great...but then Justin got ahold of me and did what he could to have me in a vehicle within 24 hours!!... definitely blessed to be able to have a running vehicle again and so in love with it...now just gotta learn how to use everything in it lol!!...if ur in a bind definitely go see Justin!!

Predatory and disgusting. My step father just passed and I was able to find a sales contract for Kia purchased at this site in 2017. They are elderly so they clearly saw them coming. I was able to see that Grote charged them 25% interest rate on the vehicle they purchased there. $32,000 for a $16,000 car that I am sure was already overpriced. Just awful. Should be illegal.

Arnoldo Garcia was super chill and super cool during the entire process. He made sure to welcome me and make sure I knew exactly what i was getting into coming to grote. I would recommend anyone coming to grote to ask specifically for Arnoldo due to his great customer service abilities, and as well as his knack for making any process simple! Went in for a car and literally experienced the best customer service. I met with Alan first who helped us find a car best for us. Then we met with Jonah today to finish up the car process. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He even made me cry due to how well we were being treated. It's hard getting that nowdays. He definitely deserves MVP. The entire team is awesome. Grote is definitely a great place to purchase a car. You leave there with a smile. Great experience I recommend HIGHLY
