Sara Jo is fantastic. I appreciate the time she takes making sure cuts on head and beard are perfect. I don't trust anyone else! I'd recommend her to anyone!!!

Online check in is a joke!!!! You can’t check in until 10 minutes after they open then you have to wait 50 minutes after check in!!! I’m done with this place!

I love this Great Clips! Just got an amazing haircut from Genna and my boyfriend got his hair cut by Mason. His haircut looks so great! Can't recommend this location and these stylists enough. If you're looking to get your hair cut and styled come to this location!

I meant to leave this review like a month ago when Mason cut my hair for the second time, but I'm forgetful!He has such a warm, inviting personality and I'm a pretty anxious person but he has made me feel so comfortable both times he's cut my hair! He listens to what I want and does a really great job and somehow he manages to style my curls better than I can seem to do myself. ?Services: Bang trim

I have used Great Clips for years, many years! Not sure I want to use them anymore. I checked in on line with a 17 minute wait...I arrived at 1:04 and requested Debbie. She was just finishing up with someone....I would have been her next client. Debbie disappeared. At 1:42 they called someone else instead of me. I politely asked where Debbie was...OHHH she went to lunch... someone should have said something....45 minutes later I chose to go somewhere else. Debbie was a Downer today! She cuts my hair regularly, not anymore!

No matter which location, which stylist, good or bad, I have NEVER received a haircut I was happy with for myself. Currently I'm still trying to accept the hair cut I received about a week ago. The stylist was a friendly person, but I went from having hair almost to my bottom to shoulder length hair with blunt layers. I specified my desire to keep as much length as possible, but somehow I lost the majority of my length.

It said 0 min wait online i walk inside still says 0 min. The lady decided to go on lunch after checking me in causing my wait to now be nearly 20 min. I walked out. She clearly didn’t want my business.Service: Haircut

I went there for the first time and told them how I'd like my hair. My hair was cut exactly how I was hoping it would be. The hair stylist performed wonderfully and I am very happy with the outcome

Michelle was absolutely amazing with my 4.5 year old son. He is afraid and easily stressed by haircuts. I have been taking him to get cuts for 3.5 years at different barber shops and salons and no one has ever been so understanding with his autism and fear for haircuts. She showed him everything and let him touch everything before using it. She gave him breaks when he asked and encouraged him through the entire cut. She worked quickly and with great care. She gave a very good haircut as well! 10/10 I will always recommend and go to her!Service: Kids' cuts
