I have used the range a few times in the past and while it could use a few repairs it’s always been a pleasant experience. Currently having issues with their website failing to allow me to log in so I can check on the status of an order I purchased. Would be nice to know what’s going on since I live an hour away.

I had a gift card and went in to use it. It had been sitting a while but had no expiration date. Upon attempting to use this gift card, I was informed it had been zeroed out. The card was disposed by employee and that was that. I hope FF enjoys the $125 they made for nothing because neither I nor the ones that gifted me will be returning to this store!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Freedom Firearms in Fort Wayne, IN, and feel compelled to share my thoughts. As a first-time visitor to this establishment, I was hoping for a welcoming and professional environment to learn about firearms and their usage. Unfortunately, my encounter with the owner left me feeling uneasy and anxious.I had hired a professional instructor to guide me through the process of learning about firearms and how to use them safely. He recommended Freedom Firearms as a suitable location to practice with my newly purchased 9MM. However, upon arriving at the store, the owner questioned our relationship and intentions for being there, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere.In an attempt to address my concerns as a customer, I reached out to the owner to express my disappointment and discomfort. Regrettably, her response was far from satisfactory. She dismissively told me to write whatever review I felt necessary, displaying a complete lack of concern for my feedback.This experience has left me with the impression that Freedom Firearms is solely interested in financial gain, rather than fostering a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking to learn how to protect themselves. As a result, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to anyone who wishes to embark on their firearm education journey.It is my hope that the management of Freedom Firearms takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more professional and customer-oriented experience for future visitors. I won't be returning. There's lots of options in the area.

I'm a new gun owner, and I took a class and put in some range time. Staff was great, super helpful, and informative. I've since been back a couple more times for the range, and even bought my first AR.Range has been quiet, as much as a gun range can be, and I enjoy having that relative privacy. They've earned a customer for life.

In response to the 1 star review for Kris and Marc's reply. You are absolutely incorrect, he was showing me the proper way to take the gun apart to clean it. Your reply is exactly why I felt the need to leave a review. I tried to call and have a conversation, but was told to just leave the review.

owner is extremely rude and unpleasant to say the least lol. I shrugged off the other negative reviews before going in the first time but I guarantee they're all legit, ill never be back.

Excelente service!!! We went to J.E. Roush to the outdoor shooting range and the guy that was there was racist. Freedom Firearms has the best prices, products and customer services.

I have only experienced friendly, knowledgeable staff who are willing to assist no matter who is working. They have reasonable prices and offer training classes to ensure that you are able to safely operate your weapon. My favorite/only shop and range in Fort Wayne. If you are reasonable and responsible and looking to purchase a new weapon stop here first.

The people at Freedom are always awesome to work with! They are always kind and willing to help where help may be needed. Every time I have been in their store, I have witnessed an inexperienced person come in for classes or questions. Every time they are willing to help and work with that individual while making them feel welcomed. Regardless, if you are inexperienced or an advanced shooter, the people here at Freedom will make you feel at home.

I will say personally the few times I have been in here I felt rushed, or like I wasn’t necessarily wanted there. The last time I stopped in, I wanted to sell a used Gen 3 Glock 19, I was looking for $300 and the guy who was working with me laughed and said the most he would give me was $150 because it was 3rd gen and that’s all I’d get anywhere. What’s even funnier is I called Bass and Bucks in Wabash who told me over the phone they would pay $350 for it without even looking at it. So I drive the hour to Wabash and made more than I asked for. The only thing I wish I would have done differently was put the phone on speaker and let him hear the offer that was way higher and know he was losing my business. I would drive the extra hour to go to Wabash any day, they have bow range, and anything from 15yd to 1000yd ranges that are covered and it’s only $20 for the whole day with extremely cheap prices for guns and ammo. Make the drive, you’ll be glad you did.
