Bought sewage pump replacement. It was defective from start. Terrible, slow customer service. Finally got it replaced. Second turned out to be defective as well but support was non existent. Literally called for 3 weeks. No call back
Finally called distributor Supply House. They were awesome. Replaced it immediately. This one worked.
Don't know how Franklin can still be in business w quality control issues and zero support. Plus they are a public company. Isn't anyone accountable to share holders?

Purchased a 2hp pump and it worked one time and the impeller failed. Worst customer service ever. They just keep telling me the replacement part is on back order and won’t do anything to fix the situation. Ronda is the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. They don’t stand by there products and do absolutely nothing to fix their faulty pumps. O you can upgrade to a brass impeller for $250. That’s over half the price of the pump.

Wouldn’t buy from them again .. pump has 3-4 years on it and worked as it should . For the price of the pump you would think it could last longer or be fixable .. will be going with another company this go around . Just not worth spending 600 for a pump that this will happen again with .. if I wasn’t home I would be looking at a flooded basement and thousands of dollars in damage instead of just 20 gallons on the for .
