They had my truck for two weeks to weld support. Cost an arm and a leg. Bring it home and they broke my fuel line and said it was going to cost me $1100. That's with them giving me some free hrs of labor. That math doesn't add up. They don't care. I should of listened to my friend and took it somewhere else. Wost mechanics in fort wayne

Please do not come here as their are many other auto shops in the area that are better:
1. Unreliable Service: The service at Fox & Fox was incredibly unreliable. Despite scheduling an appointment in advance, I had to wait for hours before my vehicle was even looked at. This lack of respect for customers' time was unacceptable.
2. Poor Communication: Communication with the staff was a major issue. They were often vague and evasive when explaining the repairs needed or the estimated completion time. It felt like they were more interested in upselling unnecessary services than addressing the actual problems.
3. Overcharging: I was shocked by the exorbitant prices charged for the services rendered. Not only were the labor costs inflated, but I also felt pressured into approving additional repairs that seemed unnecessary upon further inspection by a different mechanic.
4. Lack of Transparency: Transparency was sorely lacking at Fox & Fox. I had to constantly follow up to get updates on the status of my vehicle, and even then, the information provided was often conflicting or unclear.
5. Quality of Work: To top it off, the quality of work was subpar. After paying a hefty sum for repairs, I encountered the same issues shortly after leaving the shop. It was evident that corners were cut, and the repairs were not done properly.
Overall, my experience at Fox & Fox was disappointing and frustrating. I would caution others against trusting their vehicles to this establishment, as they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and quality service.

Someone in your shop. Is an unprofessional mechanic. Why's it that when I bring my vehicle to Fox and Fox. My car is never fully fixed. It's the mechanics. It's not service at front desk. P.S. If a car uses good quality high-milage oil. Don't let them over charge you for a cheap oil change. They will ruin your vehicle. It's how their money is made. They cause problems. Trust your institutions and wisdom. Fox and Fox is an awful shop because of it's mechanics.

This has been the worst experience of my life. State Farm contracts with this place and doesn’t care either. They are the worst place for repairs. They lie because they know I have to use them to get my jeep fixed. I would have picked any other place. Very dishonest place of business. DONT USE!

The customer service is top knotch. The mechanics at this shop are rude. The mechanics are unprofessional. Such a shame. Because of the mechanics we won't be going back. They're not thorough in overlooking mechanical and suspension issues. If they're disagreed with. The mechanics will retaliate. All employees, not only customer service, should be professional.

Went in for body repair. They overlooked damaged parts and left them on the car. Then they wanted to charge me again for labor when they should've replaced parts in the first place. They told me they would do the work for the cost of the parts. Instead they found a cheaper part than originally quoted and charged me for the labor anyways. Now they have lost any future business from me.
