I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle that I had been communicating with a salesman for the past two days. Upon arrival, for a scheduled appointment, the salesman made me wait while he attended to other customers. When he returned to me, he indicated that the car I was there to purchase had been sold an hour before my appointment. He never called to let me know and was well aware I was prepared to make the purchase. He didn't even attempt to make a deal on another similar vehicle. Said he was sorry and let me walk away. He then didn't bother to respond to any of the messages I sent. He truly didn't care about me as a potential customer at all or that I wasted nearly 3 hours of my time. I will never consider this dealer ever again and don't recommend anyone else to waste their time either. I have amazing credit and a very nice trade in, they definitely lost a sale today! If I could give less than one star, I would. Avoid this dealership!
While I understand this can happen, nothing was done to rectify the situation. This absolutely could have been avoided by having me hold the vehicle with a down payment, as is common practice for any dealer. Or even attempt to make a deal on another vehicle, which wasn't even considered. I wasn't compensated in any way for my time or waste of gas!

Update I got ahold of the roarman cares team and after calling them multiple times and them saying they would escalate the situation to help me. They quit answering me and after a week of waiting I called them to get an update and was told that I would get an answer same day but they never called me. I tried to call them back that day and today but went straight to voicemail. As of now it seems like roarman doesn’t actually care at all. Terrible business and terrible experience all around.

Parts weren't available, which is okay but have to make a 2nd trip. Otherwise, everything worked out fine.

Purchased a car this past weekend with the help of Kaleb. Kaleb was determined to help me get the right car and was not pushy like I have experienced with other car dealerships. Very happy with my experience and purchase.

January 2024, I purchased a Murano. We did a test drive a few days prior but it was end of the day so I agreed to return next business day to complete paperwork. Once I was ready to leave the lot, the floor blower would not work. I asked to void the sale since I hadn't left the lot but dealership refused. We were told the diverter arm for the blower was broken. Again, sold a certified vehicle that had a broken/disconnected diverter arm. This was only the beginning of our issues.
Caution lights continually popping on for no reason (videos), additional blower function issues, and service center struggles. After the last visit for the blower -tech kind, brought same make and model to compare blower- I explained blower in my vehicle was blowing better than it had been and I was once again told nothing was wrong with my vehicle. The service manager PRINTED and HIGHLIGHTED Nissan's specs for blower and basically "mansplained" it to me. I explained that the blower was not always working to the specs and I did not appreciate his approach. (I had already spoken to him about a previous visit where one of the service assistants -Sam- was dismissive when neither of us could get the systems to work on my vehicle after a check of the blower.) After telling the service manager that I was not happy, they offered to check the cabin air filter. This was our 4th time to the dealership for blower issues, I had paid for two oil changes AND the air filter should have been changed per Nissan recommendations .... they never checked the air filter. When they pulled the air filter out, it "looked like an accordion" and we were "incredibly lucky air was flowing through it at all". With multiple visits accounting for 10 plus hours of my time they never did a simple filter check, treated me like I was an ignorant woman that was only complaining, and seemed too bothered to listen. When it was time to leave after this experience, I was livid. Suddenly, our keys were undetectable. The service manager once again treated me as I was ignorant. He repeatedly asked us if we had the other keys with us as if we were doing it intentionally. I cleared my pockets and had my husband do the same. The service manager was like "you didn't need to go that far" and I said "I am tired of you implying that we are lying. This was not an issue until now.". He took our key fob stating that this was due to "low batteries" even though we told him that the dealership had just changed the batteries. He came back and said the batteries were at 50%. The vehicle started but the keys were undetectable again. He did not know what to do and I was angry at this point. I called Nissan and they did not care either.
I cancelled the extended warranty. If the dealership could not change/check an air filter when blower issues came in, there was not a reason for me to pay for a service that would not result in repairs. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that the extended warranty started AFTER the remainder of the original warranty was used. This was a lie. We never used the extended warranty but only got 91% of the cost back because "we misunderstood" and "the warranties ran concurrently". I never got an update for the total refunded so I called the warranty company and they told me to call the dealership. I left a message with the general manager and he had John - the employee that misspoke about the warranty- call me. If I wanted to speak with John, I would have left a message with John.
We communicated with the GM twice during our issues, the first time he connected us with the service manager, the second time was to give feedback about the service manager. We were not heard, the business practices here at questionable at best. It is worth the effort to explore other Nissan dealerships and avoid Rohrman owned lots completely.
