This was my first time utilizing this FedEx location. I had some timely packages to get out and McKenna was very friendly and accommodating. A few hours later when I realized I had not documented one of the tracking numbers, I called back and McKenna not only told me that the tracking number would get emailed when it left the building but then read the tracking number over the phone for me. It’s just so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and someone who clearly likes her job and helping others. McKenna, 1.) I hope I spelled your name correctly. 2.) Thank you for doing such a great job! and, 3.) FedEx is lucky to have you as part of their company. Thanks again!! Your warmth and smile is just what this world needs.

I had a foam sign printed that wasn’t to my expectations, and the team was extremely friendly and helpful in making the adjustments needed to make it right. Shout out to Mary and Chad!!!

Tried to drop off a package at 6:35pm and the doors were locked. It says on the door they’re open until 7:00pm. Drove all the way up to Fort Wayne from Huntington, 35 minutes, expecting them to be open.

I wanted to like the place. The people were friendly at first. I was having pages copied and then both copies bound. They told me it would be 30 minutes and did not tell me a price. I waited 30 minutes and they were not done. I waited 10 more and 1 of them decided to help me and give me a price after telling me it was suddenly cash only. It was an astounding $180. I told her I wouldn't have ordered that if I knew and also I didn't have that much cash. They charged me $6 to get my original copy back, but bound. BUT they made me sit there and wait while they bound it for even longer! They wouldn't just give me the done copy! I can't understand why they wasted more of my time. And the worker's time who was struggling to bind it.

This this is always been a solid location for me. For years I've put on local shows and did some DJing in the area and this is always the place I go to to print off my flyers. I like the fact that you can do self-service, that is usually a quick in and out experience, along with the fact that there is always someone close by to give you a hand if you need it. Even doing things self-service there are quite a few options to choose from and everything usually comes out looking bright and great. I've never had to do any delivery or send anything out through there but as far as prints go, I think it's a good spot

I went in to the Illinois Rd location to have an important and irreplaceable family illustration copied. McKenna was so helpful and made sure the copies looked just like the original. She was insanely sweet and took great care in this project and understood it meant a lot to me. Another young man was working and was helpful as well and gave great input on how to resize and what would work best. I will definitely utilize this location as much as possible.

I've used several different print companies for my business. Some are a tad cheaper, but things just don't come out how I expect. I took my quickly done photoshop file to here (which print companies don't prefer), and didn't expect it to be perfect. It just looked great and I really appreciate the thought and speed that goes into the work. Simple copies and cutting is not as easy as it looks. All my Christmas cards look perfect and I really appreciate the extra thought to make it even and professional looking.

Thanks to Lea for taking great care of me today. On thing I truly liked is she thought ahead, of the customer behind me and while waiting for my label to print, asked what she was there for. Very efficient, great customer service!
