The ENTIRE process at Fairhaven was that of kindness, respect to my entire family, compassion, caring….this from the time we made arrangements to the passing of my husband.
Everything we experienced was extraordinary at a time when we were hurting. Lucas, Mark, Jill and the entire staff were superb. They went above and beyond and have followed up with me to see how I was doing…this is compassion at its best.
I cannot say enough but I will say Thank You!

FairHaven handled the cremation of our son and they were so kind and helpful at a very difficult time in our life. We greatly appreciated their services to us. Jarod and Elizabeth were especially kind and helpful to us. We would highly recommend this funeral home.

The staff was very helpful, understanding, and supportive in our time of need. As a fellow Christian, it was very comforting to work with people who also call Christ their Lord. The people that helped with the funeral service itself were amazing with their compassion for the hurting. Follow-ups from the funeral home weeks after the service are an indication of just how much these people care.

We had my grandmothers funeral here recently, and it could not have gone better. Everyone who worked at the home was incredibly kind and supportive, and one in particular went so far as to tell us how moved he felt by my grandmother, a woman he had never met, based on the service and the way her family spoke of her. Everyone at fairhaven made what would have been a tragic afternoon into a celebration of her life. Oma Jean Gaskill, 1933-2024, will be dearly missed; thank you for being a part of her story.

My mother recently passed, and though I had pre-planned her funeral with Lisa, I had no idea all the details that remained. Lucas walked me through all of it with such kindness. In addition, I simply cannot say enough about the staff who took care of our family at the viewing and the funeral. Mark was absolutely amazing with a heart of gold. He treated both my mother and our family with such respect and kindness that is difficult to put into words. You don't want to need a funeral home, but in this position, you want them.

Fairhaven family was wonderful with us and our tragic loss. They made special accommodations for myself and my siblings. They have been with us throughout the entire process and are currently checking in on myself and my siblings to make sure we are doing ok. That’s compassion.
