On or around 7/16/2022 I contracted the company to install LED lights to my vehicles undercarriage & wheel wells. When they called and said my vehicle was ready, I arrived only to be told that they didn’t install the wheel lights because they didn’t have all the parts. After waiting several months, they finally called. After installation the lights didn’t work properly. They couldn’t figure out how to get the lights in sync. After several attempts they couldn’t get the lights to function properly, so they eventually began to ignore me and my calls. I attempted to resolve the problem with the Better Business Bureau but the company ignored them as well. I ultimately filed a civil lawsuit which I won. Now the company refuses to pay the judgment. I don’t know if this issue is race related, but I am a military veteran, retired, disabled and an African American. I paid this company in excess of $650.00 only to be totally dissatisfied and ignored. I wouldn’t trust or deal with this company. I’ve read multiple reviews on this company & I am not the only disgruntled customer. I only wish I’d read these reviews in advance. Don’t trust EZ Wheeler custom cabs!

Stopped in the Lima, OH location to look at a couple caps. I bought the one I thought I would it was advertised well and the online video shown was accurate and truthful. It was totally worth the hour and forty minute one way trip in the middle of the day. The staff was great, helpful and truly fun to deal with. I also picked up a great set of BMX wheels, yes they carry BMX stuff at this location as well , Awesomeness!!! Travis was Awesome, Dawn was a pleasure talking with over the phone and had the chance to meet her as well and she was a sweetheart. The young lady at the front desk was a treat to talk to as well. The young Tech that installed the cap was professional friendly and a pleasure to talk too as well. I definitely will make the trip again to visit and find something I need. Great work to all the staff in person and over the phone!

Got my used cap last night. Easy to order on the website and Dawn was very helpful over the phone. Bought it 2PM on the website and they stayed open for me past 5PM. They were ready to drop it on my truck when I arrived. Effortless purchase. Amazing service. Great people. I highly recommend them.

I had a trailer hitch, light wiring and a brake module installed on my new truck. They did a great job on the install and were priced fairly. Would highly recommend. Will return if I ever need anything installed. I was told by many other places they were not able to get the parts needed or they could fit me in for an install in about a month. EZ Wheeler was able to get the parts and get everything done before we went camping for the weekend.

Best truck shop I've ever been too, the employees are awesome. They make sure that I find the specific item I want. They have the best product, and I would recommend anyone looking to go there if they are wanting to get their truck lifted, a tonneau cover or truck cap from them. They put the custom into Custom Truck.
