I was very disappointed with the service department. My tundra’s dash service lights turned on and they did their inspection. First they changed the brake sensor for a few hundred dollars. This didn’t turn any lights off. So, then they wanted to change the entire electronic break system for close to $2,000 but were hopeful that this was the problem. When I looked up this problem on google it stated it was the bearings. I told them this and they said they will re-check and assured me that they have trained certified professional mechanics. They told me the re-checked of the breaks electrical system revealed that there is no electrical current getting to the rear breaks. This didn’t make sense because the breaks still worked. I told them I did not want them to work on it and wanted it back. I took it to James Automotive and he diagnosed it in a few hours and it was the bearing… it cost a heck of a lot less then what a new break system would cost and it turned off all the warning lights. I was contacted by a lady to ask about my experience and she said she was sorry and a manager would contact me. I’m still waiting.

The Labor Day promotional leaflet is the closest thing to false advertising I’ve ever seen. They are very good at being misleading so I am not sure I would ever buy a car from them with the type of fine print they come up with
