My husband purchased me a dining room table & chairs. It arrived Friday. We are not sure whether it was damaged or missed inspection on leaving the plant but it arrived damaged. The delivery guys were supposed to note it and I contacted the sales person. She came out today, took a few photos and was told that someone will be in touch but said they might say it is in their standards. She didn't sound positive. I decided to call the home office and get a clear picture of what happens next and to discuss that the table is NOT in my standards and to make it clear this was their doing since it was implied by sales person that the company could say we did it. How rude and to imply we are dishonest is not good customer service. Get this - the number I was given to call about the workmanship was the delivery number?! The woman who answered said she needs to get information and will call back. I am still waiting for the call and she sounded like we were putting her out by requesting her to do her job. This is not the company my grandparents or parents bought from. Quality has gone down as well as customer service. It is a beautiful table but I won't shop there again. I was going to purchase bar stools and nightstands next. But not now. I foresee after reading more Ethan Allen reviews there will be attorneys involved.

Lydia was very helpful with my purchase. I already knew the pieces of furniture I wanted, but she did an excellent job of helping to pick the color and finishing touches. I highly recommend her!

Jonnell is very perceptive and has great design ideas. She created beautiful ideas to remedy errors I had made in my living room furniture. She is patient and resourceful, and willing to keep budget considerations in mind. I highly recommend her. Also, the Ethan Allen furniture is lovely.

Always responsive, always professional, Lydia is the best designer I know. Not only does she have great taste, she works with your style and wants to very successfully pair that with her suggestions. She creates a look better than you were hoping for! You will always walk away from dealing with Lydia feeling very satisfied!!!!!

I prefer to buy quality furniture that lasts so Ethan Allen has always been my own personal choice. I sold my home in the early stages of the pandemic when stores were still closed so when I began to shop online and called Ethan Allen, Lydia Runge Quinn picked up the phone. After talking over what I needed to replace in the new house and what I already owned, Lydia guided me to choices that I absolutely love and would not have been able to put together on my own. We timed the delivery to coincide with moving in so It was perfect. In addition, she was there for me when I had questions regarding curtain rod height and placement which is a bigger deal than you might think. My final purchase were leather counter stools that we ordered to match the dinette. There was a mixup in the stain finish at the factory and Lydia made absolutely sure they were a perfect match in the end.I choose Ethan Allen because they employ people who care about what your living space looks and feels like and Lydia is the perfect example of professionalism. In a world where nothing much seems to matter, as a customer of Lydias I felt I did. Thank you!
