My four ******* was visibly abused while in for service. Rear tires have excessive wear, body plastic is broke, winch switch had to be straightened, mud an dirt all over. Paid for sensors I didn't need. I would have been money ahead to just start replacing things till I accidentally found the problem. I thought the dealer service would have more skill, I feel like I paid to educate them an let them abuse my four *******. Good deal for them.

I would give it a 0 star if i could. We took our side by side here to be service because the axles was sizzled in to the transmission. We dropped it off in July 19th. We got in back on Oct 21st. We were told they would look at it the next day. We waited a month to hear something then my fiance called to find out it's been sitting there for a month and haven't even been looked at! Then 2 weeks later he called back to be told we have to call kawasaki to see if they are coving it when kawasaki was the one that sent us to the dealership because there were coming it. Then in September I called to be told lie about it then we went there because it was because way to long and to find out they were ordering the parts as we left. Kawasaki even called them. Then October comes around finally got an update saying they got them out. Waited another 2 weeks before getting it then we go there again asking for the manager or owner and they gave us the same guy we been dealing with the whole time. It's like we could talk to anybody above that guy. I week never take it back have would advice everybody to find a different one. It's took 15 weeks because they didn't want to start working on it until a month after getting it. When it should have took about 2 months they waisted out whole riding season! so BEWARE!

I was hoping for more help since there are no Yamaha dealers in town but they didn't seem interested in helping. They sell kawasaki and other brands.

I have bought 3 bikes here and have had a wonderful experience each time. I stop in often and they know me by sight and I'm always made to feel welcome. Rusty has always been very friendly and always been very helpful and has made each visit a friendly experience.

Original Review: I bought a Honda Trail 125 in Febuary from them, and the buying process is awesome. Rusty is a motorcycle and car nerd and can probably help find anyone the right bike for them. What's not awesome is their customer support past buying the bike. The 600 mile service was cheap and easy and they are flexible with scheduling. However, I had a tube rip after 2400 miles. They didn't have the exact tube but they installed the one that they said would work. That tube ripped at the valve stem after 200 miles and I had to get a tow truck to pick me up. I called and asked for the actual tube from Honda and asked for them to call me when its in, but a month has past and they still haven't called. In the meantime I found the correct tube from Honda and paid another shop to install it. That tube ripped after 10 miles. I called Ehlerding and told them another tube ripped and I asked to speak to Rusty to talk about the warranty because something must be up with the rim. I was told someone would call me back in a bit.No one called back and I'm just getting frustrated. It feels like they aren't interested in helping me keep my goofy scooter on the road, and if they don't want to help a goofy scooter they sold I get the feeling they won't want to help a $8,000 cruiser or a $14,000 sports bike they sold either.I will add to this review once the issue is resolved, but keep in mind post sale support is really lacking with this dealer.Update 1: Around 10 pm the night I posted this review and submitted a contact request on their website, their salesman Rusty emailed me asking whats going on with the tire. I told him what was going on and when they opened on Tuesday they gave me a call saying the new tube was in and asked me to bring in the tire.I took it in and after about an hour I got a call saying they put in the new tube, but it ripped. They found a staple in the tire, so they took it out but needed a few extra days for another tube to come in.They installed the new tube and I put the tire back on the bike. Everything was good for 100 miles until the tube ripped again last night. I immedately sent an email saying I was stranded again but I will call tomorrow to hear what the solution will be.I called the service manager and he didn't hear anything about the email I sent last night. I told him this has gone on for way to long and it needs fixed. They are scheduling a time to pick up the motorcycle and fix it for the third time.

Great local motorcycle shop for the metric rider. Cool bikes, cool gear for the rider. From novice to experienced. They'll treat you right.

Awesome selection. They have been in business in the same location for years, and for a good reason. Stop in and check it out.

The selection was good and prepared to buy. Unfortunately walked around for close to 20 minutes and NOONE approached or said hello. One guy said the price is on the tags. I guess they don't have a sales team.
