Ordered a guitar stand. No assembly instructions. It doesn't look hard to assemble, but they didn't send nuts and bolts, just sent a bunch of legs. The pegs to separate the guitars don't screw in tight. Not even in a manufacturer box. Just a shipping box. I gave it 1 star only to be able to post

Horrible experience!! We received a banjo with a small hole in the neck. When we sent it back they took two weeks to even respond to us. Then they tried to pretend like they never received the banjo until we sent a snapshot of the tracking. Finally after ANOTHER week goes by, they say there was no issue with the banjo and they won’t be giving a full refund. We are going to go through our bank since they are a lying, dirty business. I recommend that NOBODY order from them. Horrible experience!
