Honest people....fair prices....yeah they can be grumpy....lol...But so can I sometimes. Bought 2 cars and all my repairs here. We bring the food truck here too.

I bought a Chevy suburban 2500HD 3 months ago payed $6000 for it . and after one day from purchasing the truck i found out it has problems,I took back to them to fix it and to figure out whats wrong with it, they called me back and said its fixed, but nothing was fixed, I took it to 2 different Transmission shops and a mechanics shop, they told me all the problems " transmission need to be rebuilt, weak fuel pump, hydro-boost going out, tie-rods, bad Oxygen Sensor, rear main seal leaking, power steering is leaking " also i had to change ( oil + filter , transmission fluid + filter ). I'm so mad and pissed at Ken ( who is the salesman there ) who was the one that told me "its a prefect truck, with no problems " and I had explained to him that i need a safe Truck or SUV that doesn't have any problems and is safe to drive for me and my 6 months old daughter,he took advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and don't know anything about vehicles. you Scammed me ken! And when i tried to return the Truck they refused to take it and they said "IT'S AS IS". overall these guys were rude from the beginning, acted as though they had more important things to do than help me ( a paying customer) and the pressured me into the sale non stop saying things like " if you don't buy it i have another guy coming over here right now. this is the truck you need"
another thing i'd like to point out is the fact that soon a a customer left their office after they were expressing concern for their repairs not being done correctly they started to make fun of him in front of the other customers in the lobby saying things " what an ass the guy is" and "how stupid he was" all while me and other customers were sitting right there.
i recommend seeking used cars and auto repairs elsewhere. unless you like being scammed!
