I had such a good experience with my sales person, David Plank. He answered all my questions fully and respectfully.
However, once with the financial department when it was time to sign the paperwork, I felt pressured to accept additional coverage that I wasn’t expecting. I would have appreciated further explanation and time to consider all the options available.

Showed up on your lot looking for a 2016-2021 honda civic Ex-l. Roger Platanov approached and asked if he could be of assistance. Told him what I was looking for and he said that they didn't have any of that year. So he asked if I ever thought about leasing, which I knew nothing about. So we proceeded inside where he explained all the ins and outs of leasing. I knew what my payment would be before he even ran my credit. He asked if I liked what I saw on paper and if I wanted to proceed. As they say, the rest is history. I picked up my 2024 honda civic EX-L hatchback this Monday and I love it. Once in Waiting room with 4 yr old grandchild, I found the Lids Room currently doesn't exist. A responsive salesperson pulled out a shoe box from his desk. Inside were lots of figit spinners & Rubix Cubes. Later, he pointed out an office table that wasn't being used. Sounds like a room will return next year. Thanks for the nice waiting experience.

I've always received fair and courteous treatment when either purchasing a vehicle or getting service at Don Ayres. One thing in particular that I like is that the service reps don't try to pressure you into any parts or service that you don't need. They're typically very good about providing the information and letting you make your own decision, which is a nice change from past experiences elsewhere. Pricing is typically higher than other shops, but sometimes that comes from using OEM parts, which is often times better in the long run from a reliability and serviceability standpoint.
